Preface

With the development and progress of science and technology, information technology and digital technology have been unprecedentedly developed. In today’s world, the development trend of economic globalization is also overwhelming. The driving force of promoting economic globalization comes from information technology and information industry. With the development of the information age, China’s traditional surveying and mapping technology has also entered the era of digitization and information surveying and mapping.
         China’s modern surveying and mapping engineering technology is developing and improving, in this process encountered many problems, the most important is about the upgrading of modern surveying and mapping engineering technology. Because the geographical environment of most areas of our country is more complex, and these areas are usually popular tourist cities or economically developed areas, in such areas, modern surveying and mapping engineering is particularly important. It is related to our country people's life safety guarantee, at the same time, good modern engineering construction and urban basic development planning is also inseparable from the development of modern surveying and mapping engineering technology. The traditional surveying and mapping engineering needs to rely on manual recording and operation, but with the continuous development and progress of science and technology, various modern surveying and mapping engineering technologies are constantly created.


前 言

随着科学技术的发展和进步,信息技术、数字技术都得到了空前的发展,在当今世界,经济全球化的发展趋势也势如破竹,推动经济全球化的动力则来源于信息技术和信息产业,伴随着信息时代的发展,我国的传统测绘技术也迈向了数字化、信息化测绘时代。
        我国的现代测绘工程技术正在发展和完善,在这个过程中遇到了许许多多的问题,其中最重要的就是关于现代测绘工程技术升级的问题。因为我国的大部分地区的地理环境都比较的复杂,并且这些地区的通常是我国的热门旅游城市或者是经济发达地区,在此类地区现代测绘工程尤为重要,它关系着我们国家人们的生活安全保证,同时良好的现代工程建设和城市的基础发展规划也离不开现代测绘工程技术的发展。传统的测绘工程需要依靠人工记录和操作来进行,但随着科学技术的不断发展与进步,各项现代测绘工程技术被不断地创造出来。

Wen-Jun Kang, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, senior engineer of surveying and drawing, born in Jinan City, Shandong Province in October 1972. The projects he presided over or participated in won 21 achievement awards, 2 third prize of science and technology progress of China Geographic Information Industry Association, 2 silver prizes of excellent engineering award of China Society of Surveying and mapping geographic information, 3 first and second prizes of land and resources science and technology, and he owned 2 national software copyrights. He published more than 10 papers in Surveying and Mapping of Geology and Mineral Resources, Shandong Land and Resources, Bulletin of Surveying and Mapping and so on.

康文军,男,汉族, 1972 年 10 月生,山东济南人,本科学历,测量与制图专业高级工程师。 个人主持或参与的项目荣获各种成果奖 21 项, 获中国地理信息产业协会科技进步三等奖 2 项,中国测绘地理信息学会优秀工程奖银奖 2 项,国土资源科学技术一、二等奖 3 项,个人获得国家软件著作权 2 项。在《地矿测绘》、《山东国土资源》、《测绘通报》、等期刊发表论文 10 余篇。

Min Su, female, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Jinan City, Shandong Province in May 1972. She presided over and completed 3 national projects, dozens of provincial large and medium-sized surveying and mapping projects and scientific and technological innovation projects. She won 2 silver awards, 1 bronze award, 1 second prize of provincial excellent surveying and mapping engineering and 1 excellent engineering award of geographic information society. She published three papers.

苏敏,女,汉族, 1972 年 5 月生,山东济南人,本科学历。主持完成了国家级项目3 项,省级大中型测绘项目、科技创新项目几十项。荣获中国测绘学会银奖 2 项、铜奖 1 项,省优秀测绘工程二等奖 1 项,地理信息学会优秀工程奖 1 项。发表论文3 篇。
