Archives record people’s important information in various social activities, which is a very important information resource. For a long time, file information is mainly recorded in paper materials, but paper materials are not easy to save, there is a great risk of damage, and the query is inconvenient, and the use effect is not good.
With the rapid development of science and information technology, information resources have achieved digital storage, especially in the information age, archives from paper information into digital information has become an important work content of archives management. Compared with paper storage information, digital information has incomparable advantages in both query and storage. Therefore, the realization of archives informatization is the only way of archives management.
Accelerating the construction of archives informatization is one of the important contents of China’s informatization construction, and it is also the requirement of strengthening the standardized management of archives, realizing the scientific management of archives, and realizing the socialized service of archives information. Therefore, all departments should increase the capital investment in the construction of archives informatization, improve the basic equipment of archives informatization construction, and speed up the pace of establishing archives database and digital archives.
This book starts from the basic content of archives management, through understanding the basic work of archives management, deeply analyzes the future situation of archives information construction, and puts forward suggestions on the construction of archives database and digital archives, hoping to provide useful reference for the construction of archives management information.

档案记录着人们在各项社会活动中的重要信息，是非常重要的信息资源。长期以来的档案信息主要记录在纸质材料上，但纸质材料不易保存，存在很大的损毁风险，且查询不便，利用起来效果不佳。
随着科技与信息技术的飞速发展，信息资源已经实现了数字化存储，尤其是在信息化时代，档案由纸质信息转化为数字信息已成为档案管理的重要工作内容。相较于纸质存储信息，数字化信息无论是在查询读取上还是在保存上都有着不可比拟的优势，因此实现档案信息化是档案管理的必由之路。
加快档案信息化建设是我国信息化建设的重要内容之一，也是加强档案规范管理工作，实现档案管理科学化，实现档案信息社会化服务的要求，为此各部门应加大档案信息化建设的资金投入，完善档案信息化建设的基础设备，加快建立档案数据库和数字档案室的步伐。
本书从档案管理基础内容出发，通过了解档案管理的基础工作，深入分析了未来档案信息化建设的状况，提出了建设档案数据库、数字档案室的建议，希望能为档案管理信息化建设提供有益借鉴。
本书在撰写过程中参考了许多专家学者的观点，在此表示衷心感谢。书中内容仍有不完善之处，还望广大专家学者批评指正。
Gui-Xing Tong, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Chengde City, Hebei Province in December 1980. He was repeatedly rated as an excellent CPC member by the municipal TV station and the Municipal Working Committee. In 2016, he was selected as the “outstanding backbone of staff culture in Hebei Province” by the Trade Union of Hebei Province. In 2016 and 2017, he was stationed in Shenshan village for two consecutive years to participate in the work of “poverty alleviation” and served as the“first secretary” of the village, and was awarded the nomination award of outstanding individual and the best working group of Chengde City for poverty alleviation for two consecutive years. He is now working in Chengde Radio and Television Station 05 and is responsible for office, personnel, trade union and other work. He has been engaged in archives management for more than ten years and published many papers in major domestic journals.
佟桂兴，男，汉族， 1980 年 12 月生，河北承德人，大学本科学历。多次被市台、市直工委评为优秀共产党员， 2016 年被河北省工会选树为“河北省职工文化优秀骨干”； 2016、 2017 连续两年驻守深山村参加“脱贫攻坚”工作任村“第一书记”，并连续两年评为优秀个人、承德市脱贫攻坚最优工作组提名奖；现为承德广播电视台〇五转播台负责办公室、人事、工会等工作，从事档案管理工作十余年，在国内各主要刊物发表多篇论文。
Wen-Hui Liu, male, the Manchu, double college degree, intermediate professional title, born in Chengde City, Hebei Province in April 1972. Now he works in Chengde Radio and Television Station Shitong Group Co., Ltd. as the deputy general manager. As the first author, he has published many academic papers.
刘文辉，男，满族， 1972 年 4 月生，河北承德人，双大专学历，中级专业技术职称，现就职于承德广播电视台视通集团有限公司大担任副总经理。作为第一作者曾发表多篇学术性论文。
Dan Yang, female, the Han nationality, master’s degree of software engineering, born in Chengde City, Hebei Province in August 1979. Over the years, she has been responsible for the formulation and compilation of various rules and regulations of the Department, and has made beneficial attempts and explorations in the digitization of archives management and the rational use of library materials. The “Hebei Education Yearbook” she participated in compiling has obtained scientific research achievements of Hebei Province, and the propaganda information and theoretical research articles she wrote on archives management and digitization research have been published in media at all levels.
杨丹，女，汉族， 1979 年 8 月生，河北承德人，软件工程专业硕士学位。多年来负责本部门各项规章制度的制定和编纂，并在档案管理数字化及馆藏资料合理利用方面进行了有益的尝试和探索，参与编纂的《河北教育年鉴》获省科研成果，所撰写的档案管理及数字化研究方面的宣传信息和理论研讨文章，在各级媒体刊载。
