Preface 

In recent years, the development of social economy and industry has improved significantly compared with the previous years. Therefore, the automation technology for power engineering has been developed rapidly. As automation technology is used more frequently, potential problems are emerging. No matter it is information, physics and other disciplines, or the technical methods with extremely fast updating speed, it will bring influence to power engineering and automation invisibly. In this way, electrical engineering and automation technologies are discussed to ensure that they are compatible with the demands of socio-economic and industrial development. This is of great significance.

Therefore, this book conducts a comprehensive analysis and elaboration of electric power engineering and its automated management from seven chapters. It hopeto provide some references for relevant staffs.


前言 

       近几年,社会经济和工业的发展速度,与之前相比具有明显的提升,电力工程所适用的自动化技术,也因此而得到了快速的发展,随着自动化技术使用频率的逐渐增加,潜在问题也逐渐显露了出来。无论是信息、物理等学科,还是更新速度极快的技术方法,在无形之中都会给电力工程及自动化带来影响,正是因为如此,围绕着电力工程、自动化技术展开讨论,保证其与社会经济、工业发展提出的需求相契合,具有十分重要的意义。

       因此,本书从七章内容对电力工程及其自动化管理进行全面的分析与阐述,希望有一定的帮助。

Editor-in-Chief

Xin-Yu Sun, female, the Han nationality. She was born in Chiping County of Shandong provice in November 1971. She achived a bachelor's degree. She is the chief engineer of the State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company, outstanding expert talents, operation experts, A-level bid evaluation experts, intermediate part-time trainer, gold lecturer of Liaocheng Power Supply Company, technical expert, excellent team leader, women's model, excellent staff in Chiping County, March-Eighth Red-Banner Pacesetter, etc. She presided over the submission, implementation and acceptance of many overhaul and technical transformation projects, such as automation, data network main station and new construction and transformation of 18 substations in the county. In addition, she refined a number of invention patents, utility model patents, management innovations, excellent cases, and thesis QC results.


孙新宇,女,汉族,197111月出生,山东茌平县人,本科学历。国网山东省电力公司首席工程师,优秀专家人才、运营专家、A级评标专家、中级兼职培训师,聊城供电公司金牌讲师、技术能手、优秀班组长、巾帼建功标兵,茌平县优秀职工、三八红旗手等。主持自动化、数据网主站和全县18座变电站新建、改造等多项大修技改项目的提报、实施、验收。提炼多项发明专利、实用新型专利、管理创新、优秀案例、论文QC成果。

Xin-Jing Zhang, male, the Han nationality, member of Communist Party of China. He was born in Jining, Shandong Province in April 1976. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering. He is a senior engineer of electric power engineering technology, and currently serves as deputy general manager of Jian'an Branch of Jining Power Supply Company of State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company. He has the qualifications of national registered mechanical and electrical engineering second-level builder, national power construction engineering quality appraiser, and quality supervision expert. Since 1994, he has been engaged in transmission line engineering construction, technical management and infrastructure project management. He has obtained three national patents, and his many professional papers have been published in national journals.


张新敬,男,汉族,19764月出生,山东省济宁市人,中共党员,大学本科学历,工学学士学位,电力工程技术高级工程师,现担任国网山东省电力公司济宁供电公司建安分公司副总经理,具备国家注册机电工程二级建造师、全国电力建设工程质量评价师和质量监督专家等资格,自1994年参加工作以来,先后从事输电线路工程施工、技术管理和基建工程项目管理工作,取得国家级专利三项,多篇专业论文在国家级刊物上发表。

Hong-Shi Li, male, the Han nationality. He was born in Bobai County, Guangxi in April 1988. He holds a bachelor's degree and graduated from North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power with a major in electrical engineering and automation. He works for Nanning Power Supply Bureau of Guangxi Power Grid Co., Ltd. He has won advanced individual honorary titles such as "Safety Model", "Anfeng System Construction" and "Lean Management". He participated in the preparation of QC quality management and the research and development of employee innovation projects. He has won 5 national, provincial and ministerial awards, 12 prefecture-level awards, and 7 utility model patents. He obtained the qualification certificate of substation maintenance technician and engineer of power system and automation of electric power engineering.


李宏士,男,汉族,19884月出生。广西博白人,本科,毕业于华北水利水电大学电气工程及其自动化专业,任职于广西电网有限责任公司南宁供电局,曾获得安全模范安风体系建设精益管理先进个人荣誉称号。参与QC质量管理编写、职工创新项目研发共获得国家及省部级奖项5相,地市级奖项12项,获得实用新型专利7项。获得变电检修技师资格证书,取得电力工程电力系统及自动化工程师。
