在全球经济一体化的趋势下,我国机械制造业不可能故步自封,它将会和世界范围的经济市场相接轨,在机械自动化技术的应用下,这一市场竞争将更加激烈。企业身为市场经济的主体,不可能摆脱这一动荡不安无法精确预测的环境,想要在其中谋生存,谋发展,必须牢牢把握市场技术前沿,不断研发新技术加快产品更新换代速度,让企业优化升级。机械自动化技术目前是机械制造业核心技术,并且这一技术还未发展到极致,存在很大的进步空间,因此在机械制造业中必须加重对自动化机械的投资,保证企业科技处在市场前沿水准,提高企业的机械利用率。

He is currently a senior engineer at Shaanxi Construction Engineering No.8 Construction Group Co., Ltd. From 1991 to 2008, he was awarded the honorary titles of "excellent intellectual", "excellent scientific and technological worker", "advanced individual of scientific and technological progress", "Excellent Communist Party member", "advanced production worker", "six good Communist Party members" and "labor model" of the head office. He has extensive practical and management experience in mechanical automation and construction projects.
韩民生,男,汉族,1964年2月出生,陕西洛川人,毕业于西安交通大学机械工程系机械制造工艺及设备专业,现就职于陕西建工第八建设集团有限公司,高级工程师。1991年-2008年多次被评为“优秀知识分子”、“优秀科技工作者”、“科技进步先进个人”、“优秀共产党员”、“先进生产工作者”、“六好共产党员”、总公司“劳动模范”等荣誉称号。对机械自动化及施工项目具有丰富的实战和管理经验。
Wei-Bo Sun, male, the Han nationality, born in Weifang, Shandong Province in November 1972. He graduated from Shandong University with a bachelor's degree in mechatronics. He is a senior engineer and currently works for Goertek as a technical specialist in technical management. He is responsible for the shaping of product matrix management, the establishment of standard architecture and basic technical standards, the construction of technology platforms and product platforms, and the promotion of standardized modularization of machinery and automation equipment. He used to work in the R & D and management of Weichai Power Co., Ltd. and sany group and other large enterprises. He has obtained 1 national outstanding scientific and technological promotion achievement, 45 provincial, group and company-level scientific and technological achievements, 16 invention patents, and published 4 core journal papers.
孙卫波,男,汉族,1972年11月出生,山东省潍坊市人、山东大学机电一体化专业,本科学历,高级工程师,现就职于歌儿股份,特聘技术管理的技术专家,负责产品矩阵管理的塑造,标准体系架构和基础技术标准的建立,技术平台和产品平台的搭建,机械自动化设备标准化模块化的推广。曾就职于潍柴动力股份有限公司,三一集团等大型企业的研发和研发管理工作,获得国家优秀科技推广成果1项,省级、集团级、公司级科技成果45项,发明专利16项.核心期刊论文4篇。

侯晓磊,男,汉族,1981年4月出生,山西人,1999年参加工作,2002年进入集团公司机电管理处工作,太原理工大学电气自动化专业本科毕业,工程师职称,参与集团公司首套一次采全高综采工作面电气部分的设计、配套和选型工作。获得多个集团公司科技进步奖和技术革新奖,其中KTC型集中控制通信装置的推广和应用项目获集团公司技术革新一等奖,本人也多次获得本单位多项荣誉。
