Preface

With the continuous development of society, environment and development have become two major themes of social development.Since the 18th century, the industrialization and urbanization processes of various countries in the world have accelerated significantly, and human civilization and scientific and technological progress have reached a relatively good level of development.At this time, with the continuous improvement of living standards, people's requirements for the living environment have also continuously increased. Therefore, eco-city has become a new pursuit model in the 21st century. 

Ecological civilization is to promote the harmonious development of people and nature, people and people, and people and society under sustainable development.From the perspective of ecological civilization, urban construction is to let people live and develop in a harmonious, green, healthy, and comfortable living environment. 

With the development of the economy, China is gradually moving towards industrialized cities, and the destruction of the ecological environment has been accelerated in the process of urban industrialization.The construction of cities not only gradually degrades ecosystems, but also seriously threatens survival and development.Therefore, we must be aware of the need to build a better city from the perspective of ecological civilization.With the enhancement of people's ability to understand and transform the world, we should shift from scientific and technological rationality to ecological rationality, so as to better promote urban construction and development under ecological civilization.

Therefore, this book conducts a comprehensive analysis of the integrated development of infrastructure engineering and ecological environment engineering from nine chapters. Relevant problems and solutions are proposed to provide some reference.


前言

随着社会的不断发展,环境与发展已经成为社会发展的两大主题。自从 18 世纪以来,世界各个国家的工业化和城市化进程都有明显的加快,人类文明和科技进步都达到了较好的发展水平。这时随着人们的生活水平的不断提高,人们对居住环境的要求也在不断地提高,因此生态城市已经成为 21 世纪新的追求模式。

生态文明就是在可持续发展下促进人与自然、人与人、人与社会的和谐发展。从生态文明角度下来建设城市就是让人们生活在和谐、绿色、健康、安逸的生活环境中生存与发展。

随着我国经济的发展,我国逐渐走向工业化城市,在城市工业化进程过程中同时加快了对生态环境的破坏。城市的建设不仅使生态系统逐渐退化,也严重威胁着人们的生存与发展。因此,我们必须意识到要在生态文明的角度下来更好的建设城市。随着人们认识和改造世界能力的增强,我们要从科技理性转到生态理性,从而来更好的推动生态文明下的城市建设与发展。

因此,本书从九章内容对基建工程与生态环境工程的融合发展进行全面的分析,提出相关问题和解决措施,希望能够有一定帮助。

Editor-in-Chief

Jin-Hui Chen, male, the Han nationality. He was born in Dongying, Shandong in June 1988.He is an engineer and the director and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Kodak Group Innovation and Technology Center.In 2017, he graduated with a PhD from China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) and a master's degree from École Centrale Nantes, France. He is currently a postdoctoral fellow at China University of Petroleum (East China) and Kodak Group, and an engineer at Dongying Natural Resources Bureau and Juxian Zhengneng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. Research interests are resources industry economy, geological resources and geological engineering, green mines, atmosphere and water and urban environment, built environment and equipment engineering, policy innovation and management, environmental engineering, garden greening and water purification engineering.


陈金辉,男,汉族,19886月出生,山东东营人,工程师,科达集团创新技术中心主任兼党委副书记,2017年博士毕业于中国地质大学(武汉),2017年硕士毕业于法国南特中央理工,现于中国石油大学(华东)和科达集团做博士后,兼东营自然资源局和聚贤正能环保科技工程师,主要研究方向为资源产业经济、地质资源与地质工程、绿色矿山、大气和水和城市环境、建筑环境与设备工程、政策创新及管理、环境工程、园林绿化和净水工程。
