Preface
With the rapid development of building electrical industry in China, there are more and more places for installation, construction and use of electrical equipment. This puts forward higher requirements for safe and environmentally friendly construction electrical engineering construction technology and scientific rigorous construction supervision. First, this book outlines the basic situation of electrical engineering and building electrical engineering and the application of building electrical engineering construction and supervision technology. Then, this book systematically introduces the construction electrical engineering, the construction design of the construction electrical engineering, the construction technology of the construction electrical engineering, the supervision of the construction, the supervision of the construction power supply and distribution system, the supervision of the quality monitoring system of the construction equipment and the supervision of the elevator installation engineering construction. 随着我国建筑电气事业的迅速发展，电气设备的安装施工和使用场所越来越多，对更安全环保的建筑电气工程施工技术与科学严谨的施工监理提出了更高要求。本书开篇概述电气工程及建筑电气工程的基本情况与建筑电气工程施工及监理技术应用，再系统地介绍了建筑电气工程、建筑电气工程施工设计、建筑电气工程施工技术、工程建设监理、建筑供配电系统的监理、建筑设备监控系统质量监理以及电梯安装工程施工监理的详细内容，为我国建筑电气专业及相关工作人员提供一本切合实用的教辅书籍。
Feng-Ming Zhou, male, the Han nationality, born in Beijing in October 1970. He is a registered supervision engineer, a registered cost engineer, and a senior electrical engineer. He graduated from China University of Geosciences with a major in electrical automation. He is currently working at Fanhua Construction Group Co., Ltd. and is engaged in the supervision of construction mechanical and electrical engineering as a senior supervision engineer. He has long been engaged in technical management of electromechanical engineering and is proficient in electrical engineering. His projects mainly include hosting the electrical supervision work of B3 project (Structure Great Wall Cup, Luban Award, Star of Installation Engineering) in Beijing city sub-center. In addition, he served as the supervisor of electrical technology for Beijing universal studios parking building project (Structure Great Wall Cup).
周凤鸣，男，1970年10月出生，汉族，北京人，注册监理工程师、注册造价工程师、电气高级工程师。毕业于中国地质大学电气自动化专业。现就职于泛华建设集团有限公司，从事建筑机电工程监理工作，担任高级监理工程师。本人长期从事机电工程技术管理工作，精通电气工程，参与的项目主要有：主持北京城市副中心B3项目（结构长城杯、鲁班奖、安装工程之星）电气监理工作；担任北京环球影城停车楼项目（结构长城杯）监理电气技术负责人。
An Yao, male, the Han nationality, born in Hanyin, Shaanxi in July 1983, member of Communist Party of China. He graduated from Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology with a bachelor's degree in engineering management. He is an electrical engineer, a second-class construction engineer (majoring in mechanical and electrical engineering), and a technical director of an engineering company subordinate to the equipment installation company. Since joining the work, he has been engaged in construction technology and construction management work in the construction field, and has participated in the creation of many high-quality projects (Chang'an Cup) in Shaanxi Province. He has completed many national patents, Shaanxi provincial and national QC achievements. He has unique opinions on the construction technology and construction management of building electrical engineering.
姚安，男，汉族，1983年7月出生，陕西汉阴人，中共党员，西安建筑科技大学工程管理专业毕业，本科学历，电气工程师、二级建造师（机电专业）、设备安装公司下属工程公司技术负责人。参加工作以来一直在施工一线从事施工技术和施工管理工作，参加了多项陕西省优质工程（长安杯）的创建工作，作为主要完成人先后完成了多项国家专利、陕西省级和国家级QC成果。对建筑电气工程的施工技术和施工管理有独到的见解。
