Preface
Civil engineering is a science and technology directly facing the economic and social development, which has a profound impact on the living environment, the process of urbanization, and the sustainable development of society. The central conference on urbanization took the construction of new urbanization as an important strategy for China's future development. Urban and infrastructure construction has become an important engine for China's future economic and social development. As an important carrier and symbol of urbanization, civil and structural engineering to create a living environment will become one of the core breakthroughs in the quality improvement of urbanization in China.
This book includes the introduction of the relationship between civil engineering and construction and structural engineering, civil engineering, structural engineering, construction engineering, engineering cost, engineering safety management, and the innovation of construction methods. From the perspective of organization management and environmental protection, based on the thought of sustainable development, this paper studies the construction and safety management of structural engineering. It is expected to provide a new and more comprehensive theoretical knowledge for the construction of structural engineering and contribute to the development and breakthrough of new technology of structural engineering.

本书内容包括土木工程与建筑、结构工程的关系介绍、土木工程、结构工程、建筑工程、工程造价、工程安全管理、施工工法的创新等方面的介绍，从组织管理和环境保护角度的出发、以可持续发展思想为基础，研究结构工程的施工与安全管理，以期能为结构工程的施工建设提供更新更全面的理论知识，为结构工程新技术的发展与突破添砖加瓦。
由于本书包罗内容较多，涉及知识较繁琐，各章节内容的格式、深度和广度可能并不一致，且谬误无可避免，敬请广大读者批评指正。
Xiang-Yu Xu, male, the Han nationality, born in Linyi, Shandong in June 1981. He has a graduate diploma and a Master's degree. He is now the director of civil engineering of Wuchang Shouyi University. He has many years of engineering design, construction and EPC management experience. He has been responsible for nearly ten billion project constructions and has extensive experience in structural engineering construction management. He has presided over 1 national virtual simulation experiment teaching project, 2 ministry of education collaborative education projects, 1 provincial scientific research project, 1 teaching and research project, published many core papers, and won many excellent teachers and teaching quality awards. He has made in-depth research on prefabricated building construction, deepening design and forward design of structural BIM, and achieved fruitful results.
徐翔宇，男，汉族，1981年6月出生，山东临沂人，研究生学历，硕士学位。现任武昌首义学院土木工程负责人。拥有多年工程设计、施工和EPC管理经验，先后负责完成近百亿工程建设，有丰富结构工程施工管理经验；主持国家虚拟仿真实验教学项目1项，教育部协同育人项目2项，省级科研项目1项，教研项目1项，发表核心论文多篇，荣获优秀教师和教学质量奖多次。在装配式建筑施工、深化设计和结构BIM正向设计方面有深入研究，并取得丰硕成果。
