Preface 

   With the prosperity of market economy, the demand for mineral resources is increasing. With the continuous development and construction of mining areas, all kinds of potential safety hazards are increasingly prominent. The safety of mining operations has attracted great attention. And with the continuous development and construction of mining areas, various hidden safety hazards are increasingly prominent.     The book consists of eight chapters and is divided into three parts. The first part the introduction, which briefly describes the mining area and mineral resources, the general situation of the world’s mineral resources, and the new changes in the mineral resources situation in China. The second part focuses on mine development, mining preparation and design, underground mining technology and open-pit mining technology. The third part of mine safety management is divided into three chapters: mine intrinsic safety, mine electrical safety and other safety management in the mining area.

   This book adheres to the strategy of sustainable development, promotes the scientific development and utilization of mines, and finds various hidden safety hazards in the process of mining operations, and provides solutions to strengthen the safety production and management ability of mines, which provides a scientific, reasonable and effective reference book for the majority of staff engaged in mining development and production in China, and has made outstanding contributions to the development of China’s mining industry and the innovation of energy economy.

 

前言

市场经济的繁荣对于矿产的需求不断增加,而随着矿区的不断开发建设,各种安全隐患日益突出,采矿作业的安全性引起了人们极大的关注。

本书共八章,分三个部分。第一部分绪论,简述了矿区与矿产资源、世界矿产资源概况以及我国矿产资源形势新变化。第二部分矿山开发重点研究了矿区开发、矿山开采准备与设计、地下采矿技术以及露天采矿技术的内容,第三部分矿山安全管理又分矿山本质安全、矿山电气安全和矿区其他安全管理三章来进行分别阐述说明。

本书坚持可持续发展战略,促进矿山的科学开发利用,并在采矿作业过程中及时发现各种安全隐患,并给出解决措施,加强矿山的安全生产与管理能力,为我国广大从事矿业开发与生产事业的工作人员提供了一本科学合理且行之有效的工具书,为我国矿山事业的发展,以及能源经济创新做出突出贡献。

Li-Jun Feng, male, the Han nationality, born in Zhaoyuan city of Shandong province in September 1972. He graduated from Shenyang Gold College with a major in mining engineering. He is a mining engineer and certified safety engineer. Since work, he worked in the front line of mine production, and engaged in mining technology and safety management for many years. He has rich practical experience and has been awarded many times in the industry. He has been rated as the outstanding worker and the advanced individual many times. He has a comprehensive and profound understanding and keen practical views on mining technology and mining area safety management.


冯丽军,男,汉族,19729月出生,山东招远人,沈阳黄金学院采矿工程专业,采矿工程师、注册安全工程师。参加工作后先在矿山生产一线,从事采矿技术和安全管理多年,实践经验丰富,多次获得行业内奖励;多次被评为优秀工作者、先进个人。对矿山采矿技术和矿区安全管理有全面深刻的认识和敏锐切实的见解。

Jia-Quan Yang, male, the Han nationality, a Bachelors degree, born in April 1977. He has been engaged in the production management and technical guidance of open-pit metal mines for a long time, and has made significant contributions to its mining industry in terms of blasting technology. He has obtained the certificate of blasting engineer (primary), the certificate of second-level mining construction engineer, the certificate of certificated safety engineer, the certificate of supervision engineer, and has the qualification of mining engineer (intermediate).


杨家全,男,汉族,1977年4月出生,大学本科学历,长期从事露天金属矿山生产管理和技术指导工作,在爆破技术工作方面为其矿业做出过显著的贡献。先后考取了爆破工程师(初级)证书,二级矿业建造师证书,注册安全工程师证书,注册监理工程师证书,具备采矿工程师(中级)资格。

Lei Zhang, male, the Han nationality, CPC member, born in Shezhou city of Hebei province in April 1975. He is a senior engineer with a bachelors degree. He is mainly engaged in mine design and is working at Tiandi Co., Ltd. He presided over or participated in the design of dozens of mine designs or special designs, and is particularly good at mine ventilation and coal mine underground auxiliary. The Feasibility Study Report of Qianshuta Coal Mine he presided over won the third prize of the 2018 coal industry (ministerial) excellent consulting, and The network solution of Jingfang coal mine mine regional ventilation system he presided over also won the second prize of the 2019 coal industry (ministerial) excellent engineering survey and design.


张雷,男,汉族,19754月出生,河北省深州市人,中共党员,本科学历,高级工程师,主要从事矿井设计工作,现就职于天地科技股份有限公司。主持或参与设计了数十座矿井设计或专项设计,尤其擅长于矿井通风、煤矿井下辅助等方向,主持的《千树塔煤矿可行性研究报告》获2018年度煤炭行业(部级)优秀咨询三等奖,《经坊煤矿矿井分区通风系统网络解算》获2019年度煤炭行业(部级)优秀工程勘察设计二等奖。
