With the rapid development of society and economy, the requirements for living and for related design and construction companies are getting higher and higher.The pressure of competition among enterprises is increasing. In order to enhance their core competitiveness, relevant companies should continuously strengthen project quality management and cost control during the construction process.Due to the complexity, vastness and importance of large-scale engineering projects, higher technical and management requirements are put forward for all organizations and managers involved in the construction. Especially in the quality management, there are many problems to be solved. Traditional quality management theories and methods cannot fully meet the requirements of new technologies, conditions and environments. Therefore, quality control and management during the construction of large projects has become a hot topic in the field of project management.
Engineering construction quality control is a comprehensive construction management process. For engineering contracting enterprises, scientific quality management and control measures not only help improve the quality level of construction, but also earn more economic profits and a good social reputation for it. Quality management in construction stage is the core of project management. Therefore, this book analyzes the quality and technical supervision and control management from seven chapters, and studies the engineering quality control system and management strategy throughout the construction process. It hopes to improve the quality management of large-scale projects.

随着社会经济的快速发展,人民群众对居住的要求越来越高,对相关设计、施工企业的要求也越来越高,企业之间的竞争压力与日俱增。为了增强自身的核心竞争力,相关企业应当不断加强在施工过程中的项目质量管理和成本控制。大型工程项目由于其复杂性、庞大性以及重要性,对所有参与建设的组织和管理者都提出了更高的技术和管理要求,尤其是在质量管理方面,存在诸多亟待解决的问题。传统的质量管理理论和方法无法完全适应新的技术、条件和环境等方面的要求,因此,大型工程施工过程中的质量控制与管理成为工程管理领域的热点。

Gai-Hui Kang, female, the Han nationality, born in February 1979, member of Communist Party of China, Bachelor degree. She is section chief rank and senior engineer. From December 1998 to May 2010, she worked at the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau of Fugou County as the Deputy Director of the Testing Center. From May 2010 to May 2013, she worked at the Xiangcheng Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, where she was a member of the party group and the director of the Urban Quality and Technical Supervision and Testing Center. Since May 2013, she has worked in the Quality and Technical Supervision, Inspection and Testing Center of Zhoukou City, and has served as the director of the thermal laboratory.
康改绘,女,汉族,1979年2月出生,中共党员,大学本科学历,正科级,高级工程师。1998年12月至2010年5月,在扶沟县质量技术监督局工作,任检测中心副主任;2010年5月至2013年5月在项城市质量技术监督局工作,党组成员兼项城市质量技术监督检验测试中心主任,2013年5月至今,在周口市质量技术监督检验测试中心工作,任热工室主任。
Min Zhao, female, the Han nationality, born in december 1984, Bachelor degree. She is an elevator inspector and a crane inspector. The key projects she chaired were the formulation of local standards for the Emergency Rescue Plan for Passenger Ropeways and the Inspection Rules for Door Locks of Elevator Floors. "Research and Design of Low-voltage Motor Thermal Overload Protection Device" won the first prize of municipal scientific and technological achievements. In addition, she has published four influential papers.
赵敏,女,汉族,1984年12月出生,大学本科学历,电梯检验师. 起重机械检验师.主持参与的重点项目有:《客运架空索道应急救援预案》《电梯层门门锁检验细则》地方标准的制定。《低压电动机热过载保护装置研究与设计》获市级科技成果一等奖,发表具有影响力论文4篇。

He has long been engaged in the inspection of special machinery and equipment in the field of special equipment safety inspection. He has participated in the drafting of local standards in Henan Province for many times. In addition, he has published many papers in journals.
