At the same time as social development, the traditional power marketing and management model have no longer met the needs of the current power market. This book consists of seven chapters. The introduction first briefly introduces the development status and future of China's power industry, an overview of the power market and power marketing, and smart grid and power company marketing management innovation. The content of the power market, power marketing, power marketing management, power marketing project management, business management of township power stations, and smart power marketing management are explained in the back. 郑颖雅,女,汉族,出生于1980年09月,福建漳州人,大学本科学历,现任国网漳州供电公司营销部中级管理师,国家注册二级建造师,经济师,自2002年参加工作以来,先后在漳州供电公司配电部、变电检修部、营销部工作,对营销管理、智能用电、能效管理、市场开拓等专业领域有一定研究。
