综上，高度重视建筑质量水平，改善质量控制与管理方法，具有重要的现实意义。目前国内质量控制的手段或方法主要针对施工阶段，施工阶段的各种因素会直接影响建筑质量的优劣，是质量控制的关键所在。因此，本书重点研究施工阶段质量控制。
