Preface

The process of water resource development and utilization is nothing more than the process of open source, throttling, pollution reduction, and efficient allocation. In this process, science and technology play a vital role. Urbanization refers to a historical process in which the rural population is constantly shifting to towns, and the secondary and tertiary industries are converging to towns, thereby increasing the number of towns and expanding the size of towns. Its main manifestations are that with the development of social productivity in a country or region, the advancement of science and technology, and the adjustment of the industrial structure, the migration of rural residents to urban areas and the transfer of rural labor employment to urban secondary and tertiary industries. The process of urbanization is also a reflection of the social changes experienced by various countries in the process of industrialization and modernization.                         

Urbanization is not only an increase in the population and number of cities, but also the further socialization of cities and the intensification of resources. It is a complex process of spatial changes and social and economic development.

Urban water supply project is an important infrastructure to protect urban residents ’living and ecological environment. The scientific operation of urban water supply system is directly related to the quality of life of residents and the effective use of water resources. In the design and construction of urban water supply projects, the overall scientific planning and rational design are necessary.

Therefore, the content of this book provides a comprehensive description of water resources utilization and urban water supply projects, hoping to help the work of relevant staff.


前言

水资源开发利用的过程不外乎开源、节流、减污降排和高效配置的过程,在这个过程中,科学技术起着至关重要的作用。城镇化是指农村人口不断向城镇转移,第二、三产业不断向城镇聚集,从而使城镇数量增加,城镇规模扩大的一种历史过程。其主要表现为随着一个国家或地区社会生产力的发展、科学技术的进步以及产业结构的调整,其农村人口居住地点向城镇的迁移和农村劳动力从事职业向城镇二、三产业的转移。城镇化的过程也是各个国家在实现工业化、现代化过程中所经历社会变迁的一种反映。城镇化不仅是城市人口和城市数量的增加,也包括城市的进一步社会化和资源的集约化,是一个复杂的空间形态变化和社会、经济发展过程。

城镇供水工程是保障城市居民生活和生态环境绿化用水的重要基础设施,城镇供水工程系统的科学运行直接关系居民的生活质量和水资源的有效利用,在城市供水工程设计施工中,需要做到整体规划科学和设计合理。

因此,本书内容对水资源利用及城镇供水工程进行全面的阐述,希望能够有助于相关工作人员的工作开展。

Lin-Qi Liu, male, the Han nationality, born in Qishan, Shanxi Province in 1976, Communist Party member, deputy senior hydraulic engineer, university education, He graduated from Shanxi Water Conservancy School. He joined the work in March 1998 and has been engaged in professional technical work in water conservancy engineering. He then studied at Northwest A & F University and Dalian University of Technology and obtained a bachelor's degree. He has published more than ten papers in China Water Supply and Drainage, Shaanxi Water Conservancy, Urban Water Supply, Construction Engineering Technology and Design, China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Market and other magazines. Three of these papers won prizes in the Provincial Department of Water Resources and won first prize for outstanding academic achievements in municipal natural sciences.


刘林岐,男、汉族,陕西岐山人,1976年出生,中共党员,副高级水利工程师,大学文化程度。1997年毕业于陕西省水利学校,19983月参加工作,一直从事水利工程专业技术工作,后进修于西北农林科技大学、大连理工大学,取得大学本科学历。先后在《中国给水排水》、《陕西水利》、《城镇供水》、《建筑工程技术与设计》、《中国水利水电市场》等杂志发表论文十余篇,其中3篇论文在省水利厅获奖,获市自然科学优秀学术成果贰等奖一次。

Guang-Hong Li, male, the Han nationality, born in Qishan, Shanxi Province in August 1976, Communist Party member. He graduated from North China Institute of Water Resources and Hydro-power in major of water resources and hydro-power engineering. He joined the work in June 2002 and obtained the qualification of senior engineer of the hydraulic engineering deputy senior vocation in January 2018. After graduation, he has been engaged in water conservancy engineering, water supply engineering design, construction, construction, management and has accumulated rich work experience in all aspects. He participated in and presided over several provincial, city, and county key engineering projects and published many outstanding papers in national academic journals.

 

李广红,男,汉族,19768月出生,陕西岐山县人,中共党员,20017月毕业于华北水利水电学院水利水电工程专业,20026月参加工作,20181月取得水利工程副高职高级工程师任职资格。毕业后一直从事水利工程,供水工程设计,施工,建设,管理工作,在各个方面积累了丰富的工作经验。先后参与并主持完成多个省、市、县重点工程项目,在国家级学术刊物上发表过多篇优秀论文.
