Preface
During the development of the chemical industry, the production process is also continuously improved. However, with the continuous development of information technology, promoting the automation development of chemical engineering and technology can meet the development trend of the times, especially in the face of some limitations in current chemical engineering and process. We must adopt advanced technology to promote the automation development of chemical engineering and technology. This book consists of seven chapters. The first chapter briefly introduces chemical engineering and technology, the history of chemical engineering development, the current status and trends of chemical engineering in China, and the control and application of chemical automation. The second chapter focuses on the basic theories and algorithms of chemical engineering; and then studies the engineering technology of different types of chemical industry from the aspects of energy chemical industry, material chemical industry, biology and food chemical industry, as well as chemical automation, the design, construction, development status, overhaul and maintenance of chemical machinery and automation instruments. This book is an easy-to-understand and very practical reference book in the field of chemical industry, which can be used as a reference for process technicians engaged in continuous production processes.

在化学工业发展的过程当中,生产工艺也在不断地改进,但是随着信息科技的不断发展,推进化学工程与工艺的自动化发展才能够符合时代的发展趋势,尤其是面对当下化学工程与工艺中存在的一些局限性,必须要采取先进的技术来推进化学工程与工艺的自动化发展。
本书共七个章节,第一章绪论简单介绍了化学工程与工艺、化学工程发展史、我国化学工程发展现状与趋势与化工自动化控制与应用,第二章重点阐释了化学工程基础理论与算法,后从能源化工、材料化工、生物与食品化工几个方面研究不同化工种类的工程工艺技术,以及化工自动化、化工机械与自动化仪表的设计施工、发展现状、检修与维护,是一本通俗易懂、非常实用的化工领域工具书,可供从事连续生产过程的工艺技术人员作参考。
Ying-Hui He, female, bachelor’s degree, engineer, born in Liaocheng of Shangdong Province. She graduated from Zhongyuan University of Technology in 2004 and participated in the design of several key projects for Sinopec Zhongyuan Petrochemical Corp., Ltd. and cities across the country. During this period, the thesis and design she wrote successfully won the first prize of Municipal Engineering Technology Paper. The design of the Zhongyuan ethylene new 20000 m3 naphtha tank project she participated in won the second prize of Excellent Engineering Survey and Design of Henan Province in 2011. Also, she participated in the national key construction project, Zhongyuan ethylene raw material route reform (MTO) project.
何英辉,女,山东聊城人,大学本科,工程师。 2004 年毕业于中原工学院,参与设计了中石化中原石油化工有限责任公司以及全国各地市的多项重点项目的工程设计,并在此期间撰写的论文及设计成功获得市级工程技术论文一等奖。参与设计中原乙烯新增 20000 方石脑油罐项目荣获 2011 年河南省优秀工程勘察设计二等奖。并参与国家重点建设项目中原乙烯乙烯原料路线改造(MTO)项目等。
Yue-Qing Zhang, master’s degree, engineer, born in Lishui City of Zhejiang Province in February 1974. He works in Nice Group Co., Ltd. and serves as the deputy general manager of its subsidiary. He has engaged in the production management and technical transformation of washing products. Technically, he is mainly responsible for continuous saponification, oil hydrolysis, saponified sweet water purification, cardboard line transformation, toothpaste expansion, liquid detergent expansion and other projects, as well as machine replacement, energy saving and emission reduction, etc. In August 2017, the“Saponification Wastewater Process Energy-saving Reconstruction Project” that he served as the second designer, won the second prize of “Light Industry Excellent Engineering Design” by the China Investigation and Design Association of Light Industry.
章岳青, 1974 年 2 月生,浙江省丽水市,研究生学历,工程师,工作于纳爱斯集团有限公司,任职子公司副总经理,从事洗涤用品的生产管理、技术改造等工作,技术上主要负责了连续皂化、油脂水解、皂化甜水纯化、纸板线改造、牙膏扩能、液体洗涤剂扩能等项目,以及机器换人、节能减排等工作, 2017 年 8 月作为第二设计人的“皂化废水工艺节能改造项目”获得中国轻工业勘察设计学会“轻工业优秀工程设计二等奖”。
Ya-Qi Zhao, male, born in October 1986. He graduated from Anhui Jianzhu University in June 2009, and obtained the title of automation engineer in 2014. He joined Anli Co. in 2009 as the chief engineer of electrical engineering. He is mainly engaged in instrument control and intelligent engineering and other related majors, and responsible for the implementation and management of automation instrumentation, intelligent engineering project's design, installation, commissioning and maintenance. During the work period, through the combination of theory and practice, he has a comprehensive understanding and rich on-site practice and project management experience.
赵雅琪,男, 1986 年 10 月生, 2009 年 6 月毕业于安徽建筑大学自动化专业, 2014年取得自动化工程师职称。 2009 年加入安利股份,担任电气主任工程师一职,主要从事仪表控制、智能工程相关专业,负责自动化仪表、智能工程项目设计、安装、调试及维护的实施及管理工作。工作期间,通过理论与实践相结合,做到融会贯通,拥有丰富的现场实践及项目管理经验。
