With the rapid development of China's real estate industry, the number of construction enterprises is increasing. Although the current construction industry has the supervision of the management department, there are still many deficiencies in quality supervision. Therefore, the construction technology of each construction enterprise is uneven, resulting in unqualified construction projects everywhere. Good preparation is the necessary advance of construction technology management to find key issues. According to the specific situation of the construction project, the working mechanism of each department is coordinated to achieve a clear division of labor and better serve the technical management of the construction project. At present, there are many types of construction in China, and the competition among construction units is increasingly fierce. The level of technical management can measure the strength of construction units to a certain extent. Most construction units have a certain foundation in terms of technical and economic strength. 前言
随着我国房地产事业的飞速发展,建筑施工企业单位的数量不断增多。目前的建筑行业,虽然有管理部门的监督,但监管质量的要求仍存在诸多不足,所以各个建筑企业的施工技术参差不齐,致使质量不合格的建筑工程比比皆是。做好准备工作是施工技术管理的必要前提,要挖掘重点问题。根据建筑施工项目具体情况作出调整,协调部门工作机制,明确分工,更好地服务建筑工程施工技术管理工作。当前我国建设种类繁多,施工单位间竞争日益激烈,技术管理水平在一定程度上可以衡量建筑施工单位的实力。大部分建筑施工单位在技术和经济实力上有着一定的基础,但在施工技术的管理上仍然存在着管理疏漏、制度不健全等问题,导致在建筑行业的竞争中难以体现其优势。在建筑行业的竞争环境下,可激发建筑施工企业施工技术改进,建筑企业应自觉提升施工技术,从而提高施工效率,降低建筑工程施工成本,实现工程的技术管理水平更进一步提升,所以很有必要对建筑施工技术管理和工程造价进行分析,不断对其进行优化,从而推动我国的建筑行业的发展与进步。

Jing Cao, born in October 1976, female, the Han nationality, Zhumadian, Henan Province. In 2009, she graduated from HuangHuai University with the bachelor's degree. She is a senior engineer, an A construction division, a cost engineer, and an expert of Henan Province Comprehensive Bidding Evaluation Expert Database. She is currently the technical director of Zhengtai Engineering Management Co., Ltd. in Zhumadian City, and is responsible for the company's technology and cost management. She has applied for three national patents, published five professional academic papers, and won the green building innovation award of the provincial green construction demonstration application project, the provincial engineering law certificate, the provincial new technology application demonstration project, and the municipal science and technology progress first prize.
曹景,1976年10月出生,女,汉族,河南省驻马店市人,2009年毕业于黄淮学院,大学本科学历,高级工程师,一级建造师、造价工程师,河南省综合专家评标库专家。现任驻马店市正泰工程管理有限公司技术负责人,负责公司技术及造价管理工作。申报国家专利3项,发表专业学术论文5篇,省级绿色施工示范应用工程绿色建筑创新奖1项,省级工法1项,省级新技术应用示范工程1项,市级科技进步一等奖1项。
Quan-Cheng Zheng, born in October 1972, male, Han nationality, Zhumadian, Henan Province. He graduated from Henan University with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. He is currently the general manager of Henan Zhihong Engineering Management Service Co., Ltd., and is a senior engineer, A construction division, certified cost engineer, and certified supervision engineer. In addition, he has won many honorary titles such as Henan Excellent Cost Engineer, Henan Province Construction Engineering Tendering Agent Advanced Individual, and Henan Excellent Bid Evaluation Expert. He compiled more than 20 bidding documents for key projects, published 6 professional academic papers, and participated in 2 outstanding quality management achievements in Henan Province.
郑全成,1972年10月出生,男,汉族,河南省驻马店市人,河南大学土木工程专业毕业,本科学历,现任河南智鸿工程管理服务有限公司总经理,高级工程师,国家一级建造师、注册造价师、注册监理师,曾多次荣获河南省优秀造价工程师、河南省建设工程招标代理先进个人、河南省优秀评标专家等荣誉称号,编制重点工程项目招标文件20多项,发表专业学术论文6篇,参与河南省工程建设优秀质量管理成果2项。
Qi-Zhi Zhang, male, born in September 1968, bachelor degree. He is a senior engineer, an A construction division, a professional teacher of HuangHuai University, a student internship training instructor, a national engineering construction QC results diagnostician, and an outstanding leader and excellent recommender of Henan Province Engineering Construction QC, an excellent bid evaluation expert, an excellent project managers at provincial level and an advanced workers of scientific and technological innovation at provincial and municipal levels in Henan Province. He has applied for more than 20 national patents, 3 national-level projects, and 1 provincial-level construction method. He has published 5 technical works, more than 10 professional academic papers, and won 3 provincial and municipal scientific and technological progress awards. Currently, he is mainly engaged in the teaching of professional courses and the management of engineering projects.
张启志,男,1968年9月出生,大学本科学历,正高级工程师,国家一级建造师,黄淮学院专业课主讲教师和学生实习实训指导教师,全国工程建设QC成果诊断师,河南省工程建设QC成果卓越领导者和优秀推荐者,河南省工程建设优秀评标专家,省级优秀项目经理,省市级科技创新先进工作者,申报国家专利20余项、国家级课题3项、省级工法1项,发表技术著作5部、专业学术论文10余篇,省市级科技进步奖3项,目前主要从事于专业课教学和工程项目管理工作。
