Preface
With the requirements of the industrialization of the construction industry, many developed countries in the world have put the building components in the factory production in advance, it just needs assembly and installation in the field. Obviously, this fast and efficient assembly construction technology has become an important symbol of the modernization of the construction industry. In China, the disadvantages of cast-in-place structure system are gradually revealed for the booming construction market. In the face of these construction problems, our country draws lessons from the successful experience of foreign construction industrialization, set off a boom of assembly construction industrialization in the construction industry, and make its development enter a new field, which will promote the great change of production mode in the construction industry.
Assembly building has its own fast construction speed, strong anti-interference, and can save more social labor. But at present, the management system of assembly building is not perfect, the construction technology is not comprehensive, and the advantages of assembly building can not be effectively played in the actual construction process. Therefore, it is necessary to plan reasonably, strengthen the supervision and quality assurance of the construction process, and use scientific methods to establish a perfect management system, remove its shortcomings, give full play to its advantages, and speed up the development of prefabricated buildings.

随着建筑行业工业化的要求,世界上许多发达国家都把建筑的构件提前在工厂生产,只是在现场装配化组合安装。显然,这种快捷高效的装配式施工技术已经成为建筑产业现代化的重要标志。在我国,对于日益蓬勃发展的建筑市场,现浇结构体系所存在的弊端逐渐显露出来。面对这些建筑问题,我国借鉴国外建筑工业化的成功经验,在建筑行业掀起了一股装配式建筑工业化的热潮,使其发展进入一个全新的领域,这将促进建筑行业生产方式的巨大变革。
装配式建筑自身具有较快的建造速度,抗干扰性较强,能够节约较多的社会劳动力,但是目前装配式建筑工程管理体系还不够完善,施工技术不全面,不能在实际施工过程中将装配式建筑的优势有效发挥。因此,必须合理规划,加强施工过程的监督与质量保证,并运用科学的方法建立完善的管理体系,去除其存在的弊端,发挥其优势,加快装配式建筑的发展。
本书将通过对装配式建筑的可持续发展、装配式建筑对建筑业转型的影响、预制装配式建筑施工、 预制装配式混凝土技术、 预制装配式混凝土结构绿色施工、 BIM技术在装配式建筑中的应用、装配式建筑的工程项目管理等方面进行一定的论述。
Ju-Mei Zhong, female, the Han nationality, born in Pucheng county, Shaanxi in October in 1966. She graduated from the major of industrial and civil architecture of Shijiazhuang Tiedao University in 1990. In 1997, The Application of Composite Waterproofing in the Basement of High-Rise Buildings she wrote won the second prize of Shaanxi Province workers’ technical progress achievement. In 1998, She led the QC group of Gansu trust investment insurance training building won the first prize of QC quality management group of the Ministry of railways. And in 1998, she was awarded the honorary title of "March 8 Red-Banner Holders" of China Railway Construction Corporation. In 2003, she became a registered consulting engineer and in 2007, she got the certification of registered cost engineer. She published more than ten papers.
钟菊梅,女,汉族, 1966 年 10 月出生,陕西蒲城人; 1990 年毕业于石家庄铁道学院,工业与民用建筑专业。 1997 年《高层建筑地下室复合防水的应用》获陕西省职工技术进步成果二等奖; 1998 年甘肃省信托投资保险培训大厦 QC 小组获铁道部QC 质量管理小组一等奖; 1998 年度中国铁道建筑总公司“三八红旗手”荣誉称号;2003 年取得注册咨询工程师, 2007 年取得注册造价工程师。发表论文十多余篇。
Yan Zhang, male, the Han nationality, born in Jingxian county, Hebei Province in March 1980. He graduated from the civil engineering in Hebei University of Technology in 2004. He has won the second prize three times and one the first prize for excellent engineering survey and design in Hebei Province. He published six papers and participated in the preparation of two local standards in Hebei Province.
张岩,男,汉族, 1980 年 3 月生,河北省景县人,2004 年毕业于河北工业大学土木工程系。曾获得河北省优秀工程勘察设计二等奖三次,一等奖一次,发表论文 6 篇,参与编制河北省地方标准 2 项。
Yong Yang, male, the Han nationality, born in Hengyang, Hunan Province in October 1991. He graduated from Changsha University and got his bachelor degree. He has successively served as the Deputy group leader of Yuanda Technology Department, the director of Zhongmin zhuyou technology and quality department, and the deputy factory director of Zhejiang Yuanzhu. For a long time, he has been committed to the production and design of prefabricated building parts and the optimization of technological nodes. He has rich experience in manufacturing, assembling and construction, process quality control and factory preparation of various prefabricated buildings including PC structure, steel structure, steel concrete structure, ALC, integral bathroom, light composite wall panel, etc.
杨咏,男,汉族, 1991 年 10 月生,湖南衡阳人。毕业于长沙学院,本科学历。历任远大工艺部工艺副组长、中民筑友工艺品质部部长、浙江元筑副厂长等职。长期致力于装配式建筑部品的生产制作和设计工艺节点的优化研究。拥有丰富的各种装配式建筑(含 PC 结构、钢结构、钢混结构、 ALC、整体卫浴、轻质复合墙板等)的生产制作、装配施工、工艺品质管控和工厂筹建经验。
