Hong Zhang, female, born in January 1975, master’s degree. She is the deputy division director of division of safety and quality in Lanzhou Rail Transit Co., Ltd. She is a first-level registered construction engineer, national certified safety engineer. She has rich working experience, and has compiled Risk Management Measures, Management Measures for Major Hazard Sources, and presided over the construction of the company's safety risk management information platform. She also edited the preparation of Acceptance Standard for Construction Quality of Lanzhou Urban Rail Transit Civil Engineering and Quality Acceptance Standard Supporting Table, and took charge of safety & quality supervision and management of installation and decoration of Lanzhou Rail Transit Line 1 electromechanical equipment and the work of the safety and supervision center.

张虹，女，1975年1月出生，硕士学位，现任兰州市轨道交通有限公司安全质量处副处长，国家一级注册建造师，国家注册安全工程师。有着丰富的工作经验，先后编写了《风险管理办法》《重大危险源管理办法》并主持公司安全风险管理信息化平台建设；主持编写《兰州市轨道交通土建工程施工质量验收标准》及《质量验收标准配套用表》；并分管兰州市轨道交通1号线机电设备安装和装饰装修工程安全质量监督管理工作及安监中心工作。

Cai-Yun Wang, female, engineer, first-level registered construction engineer, born in Zhengzhou City of Henan Prince in October 1986. She graduated from Hebei Normal University of Science & Technology in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in engineering management. She is currently the technical director of the Engineering Department of Jilin Kailian Decoration Construction Group Co., Ltd. In 2011, she published two articles in the book "Pearl of Spring City” of Jilin People's Publishing House. Since her work, she has been engaged in construction technology and management of architectural decoration projects for a long time. The project of Changchun Science, Technology and Culture Complex Center she participated in won the gold prize of "Shenyang, Harbin and Changchun" Observation Project and "Clivia" in Changchun.

王彩云，女，1986年10月出生，河南郑州人，2009年毕业于河北科技师范学院工程管理专业，大学本科，工学学士学位，工程师，建筑专业一级建造师，现任吉林省开联装饰建设集团有限公司工程部技术负责人。在2011年吉林人民出版社出版的《春城明珠》一书中发表过两篇文章。工作以来，长期从事建筑装饰工程的施工技术和管理工作。参建的长春科技文化综合中心综合馆项目获得了“沈、哈、长”三市观摩工程金奖及长春市“君子兰杯”金奖。

Zan Wang, male, the Han nationality, master of engineering, born in Inner Mongolia in December 1969 (native place: Xingtai City, Hebei Province). He graduated from Inner Mongolia Normal University in physics education in 1996 and taught at Inner Mongola Techical College of Construction after his graduation. In 2008, he received a master's degree in solid mechanics from Inner Mongolia University of Technology. In the same year, he was awarded the school level “123 excellent teacher”, and promoted to associate professor. In 2014, he was employed as an expert by Hohhot Decoration Engineering Inspection Station; employed as a bid evaluation expert of Hohhot Public Resources Exchange Center in 2015. He was also awarded the senior HVAC engineer in 2016, and become a bid valuation expert of government procurement in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Since 2014, he has participated in many construction projects, municipal engineering evaluation of decoration projects, and completed several HVAC water supply and drainage engineering design tasks. He is engaged in the teaching of engineering mechanics, theoretical mechanics, material mechanics, thermal engineering, decorative materials inspection and testing, decorative construction technology, introduction to supervision, and has rich teaching and practical experience.

王赞，男，汉族，1969年12月出生，内蒙古人（籍贯河北省邢台市），大学本科，工学硕士，1996年毕业于内蒙古师范大学物理学教育专业，毕业后在内蒙古建筑职业技术学院任教，2008年获得内蒙古工业大学固体力学工学硕士学位，同年获校级“123”名师，2008年获得副教授职称，2014年被呼和浩特市装饰工程检审站聘为专家，2015年被聘为呼和浩特公共资源交易中心评标专家，2016获得暖通高级工程师，2017年成为内蒙古自治区政府采购评标专家，2014年至今，参与多项建筑工程，装饰工程市政工程评审，完成多项暖通给排水工程设计任务，从事工程力学、理论力学、材料力学、热工学、装饰材料检验与检测，装饰施工技术，监理概论等多门课程教学，具有丰富的教学和实践经验。
