With the development of economy, science and technology, and people’s pursuit of green and healthy living concepts, environment-friendly and resource-saving buildings have become a trend in the current construction field. With the emergence and acceleration of this trend, prefabricated concrete construction technology has been more and more widely used in building construction. At the same time, research on prefabricated concrete has become a hot topic in the academic world, and various new technologies have emerged throughout the country. This book is produced in this social environment. In addition to the basic introduction of the prefabricated concrete structure and its technology and application, the book also covers prefabricated concrete structure design, connection technology of prefabricated concrete structure, construction and acceptance of prefabricated concrete structure, key technology of prefabricated concrete residence, application research of prefabricated concrete residence, application of prefabricated concrete filled steel tube in residential buildings, application of prefabricated hollow wallboard in new rural construction, industrialization application of prefabricated concrete structure in residential buildings and other applications of prefabricated concrete structure. In the book, a large number of advanced construction methods cases are used in the application section in order to contribute as much as possible to China’s modern construction industry, with a view to providing a practical teaching material and reference book for the vast number of new building practitioners in China. This is our intention to write this book! As the book contains more content, involves more cumbersome knowledge, and has more compilers, the format, depth and breadth of the contents of each chapter may not be inconsistent; and the fallacies are inevitable. Readers are invited to criticize and correct. Suggestions for improvement will be gratefully received.

随着经济、科学技术的发展,以及人们对绿色健康生活理念的追求,环境友好、资源节约型建筑已经成为当前建筑领域的一股潮流。伴随着这种潮流的出现和加快,装配式混凝土构造技术在房屋建筑中得到越来越广泛的应用。与此同时,对装配式混凝土的研究也成为学界的热点,在全国范围内不断涌现出各种新技术。本书就是在这种社会大环境下产生的,书中除了对装配式混凝土结构及其技术与应用的基本介绍外,还涉及装配式混凝土结构设计、装配式混凝土结构连接技术、装配式混凝土结构施工与验收、预制装配式混凝土住宅关键技术、装配式混凝土结构住宅的应用研究、装配式钢管混凝土在住宅中的应用、装配式空心墙板在新农村建设中的应用、装配式混凝土结构的住宅产业化应用以及装配式混凝土结构的其他应用。书中应用部分使用大量先进的工法案例,以期尽可能地为我国现代化建筑事业添砖加瓦,为广大新型建筑从业人员提供一本切合实用的教材与参考书,这也是我们编写这本书的目的所在。由于本书包罗内容较多,涉及知识较烦琐,编写人员较多,各章节内容的形式、深度和广度可能并不一致,且谬误无可避免,敬请广大读者批评指正!
Jian-Xun Yue, male, the Han nationality, born in West City District, Beijing. He graduated from Northwest Institute of Architectural Engineering (i.e. Chang’an University for now), Beihang University with a master's degree. He is now the general manager of the 3rd subsidiary of China Xinxing Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. He is a first-level registered construction engineer, senior engineer. He has participated in and edited several enterprises construction technology standards, enterprise-level construction methods, provincial and ministerial construction methods, and won an invention patent and several utility models patents, as well as awarded the Outstanding Achievement of "National Engineering Construction Series QC".
岳建勋、男、汉族、1975年1月出生,北京市西城区人,先后毕业于西北建筑工程学院和北京航空航天大学、硕士研究生,现于中国新兴建筑工程有限责任公司三公司任总经理,一级注册建造师、高级工程师、参编和主编多项企业施工工艺标准、企业级工法及省部级工法、获得一项发明专利和多项实用新型专利、并多次荣获“全国工程建设系列QC”优秀成果奖。
