Preface

In today’s society, competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. Facing the actual situation, in order to be able to develop continuously and healthily in the fierce competition, enterprises can only regard talents as their core competitiveness, and become a powerful weapon to improve efficiency and ensure their own competitive advantages. With the deepening of reform and opening up and the continuous development of economic development, the importance of human resource management is obvious. It enhances the advantages of human resources, thereby improving the core competitiveness of enterprises and creating competitive advantages of enterprises, which is also reflected in full.
  This book is divided into eight chapters, respectively from the aspects of human resources, human resources management, human resources recruitment and training, enterprise management, enterprise human resources management, enterprise strategic management, enterprise culture management and other aspects of enterprise management, human resources and enterprise management has been analyzed and explained, hoping to provide a reference for the majority of managers engaged in human resources and enterprise management, which is also our intention to write this book.
    As the book contains more content, involves more cumbersome knowledge, and the format, depth and breadth of the contents of each chapter may not be inconsistent; and the fallacies are inevitable. Readers are invited to criticize and correct. Suggestions for improvement will be gratefully received.

在当今社会,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈。面对现实的情况,为了在激烈的竞争中能够持续、健康地发展,企业只有把人才作为自己的核心竞争力,成为企业提高效率、 保证自身竞争优势的强有力的武器。 随着改革开放的深入和经济发展的不断腾飞,人力资源管理的重要性显而易见, 其提升人力资源优势, 从而提高企业的核心竞争力,创造企业的竞争优势的作用也体现得淋漓尽致。
  本书分为八个章节,分别从人力资源、人力资源管理、人力资源招聘与培训、企业管理、企业人力资源管理、企业战略管理、企业文化管理以及企业的其他管理等方面对人力资源与企业管理进行了分析阐述,希望可以对广大从事人力资源及企业管理的管理者提供参考,这也是我们编写《人力资源与企业管理》这本书的用意所在。
  由于本书包罗内容较多,涉及知识较烦琐, 各章节内容的格式、深度和广度可能并不一致,且谬误无可避免,敬请广大读者批评指正。

Editor-in-Chief

Lian-Tao Li, male, the Han nationality, born in Anqiu City of Shandong Province in October 1975. He holds a double bachelor’s degree in clinical medicine from the Medical College of Qingdao University and human resources from Hebei University of Economics and Business. He is an attending physician and an intermediate economist. After participating in the work, he has been engaged in front-line clinical work for more than 15 years. He has rich clinical experience and has participated in the doctor competition of the health system for many times and won awards. He has a comprehensive and profound understanding and keen and practical views on the work of primary medical care and medical insurance.

李连涛,男,汉族, 1975 年 10 月生,山东安丘人,青岛大学医学院临床医学专业、河北经贸大学人力资源专业双本科学历,主治医师、中级经济师。参加工作后先从事一线临床工作 15 余年,临床经验丰富,多次参加卫生系统的医师竞赛并获奖; 2015年进入医保系统从事医保审核、稽查工作至今,多次被评为优秀工作者、先进个人。对基层医疗、医保工作有全面深刻的认识和敏锐切实的见解。
