Preface

Electrical automation is a significant symbol of industrial modernization as well as the core technology of modern advanced science, the development of electrical automation has a deep impact on the development of the national economy, this paper focuses on the importance of the development of electrical automation. The concept of electrical automation was proposed in the early last century, and related courses of electrical automation were offered in several colleges and universities in 1950s, indicating that the proposal and development of electrical automation in our nation is very earlier. As the rapid development of economy and the progress in science and technology, the electrical automation has been continuously improved and developed as well, especially , it has made vigorous development in recent years. The traditional concept of electric drive control can not match the production requirements of modern enterprise, so as to improve the production and management capabilities as well as the market competitiveness of enterprises, it’s important to enhance the application of current electric power automation component technology.
     Nowadays, as the development of the technology, our nation’s electrical automation has made a great progress. In particular, the coming of information age and the widely application of new power electronic devices greatly improved the application of electric automation level of our country.
    Machinery manufacturing and automation is a subject with great specialty and knowledge, by the introduction and application of automation technology, machinery manufacturing industry achieved the effective optimization of machining object production process as well as it’s continuous automatic production. The application and development of automation technology in manufacturing is a major means for machinery manufacturing industry’s technological transformation and development. And yet, the level of mechanical automation technology had a direct impact for the technological development of machinery manufacturing industry and national economic development sector. Thus, it’s necessary to study the mechanical manufacturing and automation.


前 言

电气自动化是工业现代化的重要标志和现代先进科学的核心技术、电气自动化的发展对国家经济发展有着极其远的影响、现着重闸述了电气自动化发展的重要性。我国早在上世纪初就已经提出了电气自动化的概念, 并且到了 50 年代, 在我国的各大高校中开始开设电气自动化的相关课程,因此我国的电气自动化的提出和发展是较早的。随着我国经济的高速发展和科学技术的进步,我国的电力电气自动化也得到不断地完善和发展,并且在近几年处在蓬勃发展的阶段,在电力电子技术和微电子信息技术领域取得了重大的进步,传统的电力拖动控制的概念已经不能适应现代企业的生产需要,所以为了提高现代电力的生产能力、管理水平和提高企业的市场竞争力,增强现在的电力电气自动化元件技术的应用,就显得尤为重要了。
  近年来,随着科技水平的不断提升,我国电气自动化已经取得了较大的发展,尤其是信息时代的到来及新型电力电子器件的大量运用,促使我国电气自动化水平得到了极大的提升。
  机械制造与自动化是一门专业性和知识性很强的学科,通过自动化技术的引入与应用,机械制造业实现加工对象地连续自动生产和生产过程的有效优化。自动化技术在制造的应用与发展,是机械制造业进行技术改造和技术发展的主要手段。而机械自动化技术水平的高低,对我国机械制造业和国民经济发展部门的技术进步与否产生了直接的影响。因此,有必要对机械制造与自动化进行研究。

Zheng Qu, male, born in Changchun city of Jilin Province in December 1971. He graduated from Luoyang Railway Electrical Engineering School in 1990, and then graduated from Jilin Institute of Technology (named Changchun University of Technology now) with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical manufacturing (1999-2001). He entered the electrical section of the 13th Railway Bureau in 1990 (now renamed as China Railway Bridge Engineering Group Electrification Engineering Co., Ltd.), and mainly engaged in engineering construction organization management and market development. He is currently serving as general manager of China Railway Bridge Engineering Group Electrification Engineering Co., Ltd. and commander, senior engineer of Northeast Regional Command.

曲正,男, 1971 年 12 月生,吉林省长春市人, 1990 年洛阳铁路电务工程学校毕业,1999 年至 2001 年吉林工学院机械制造专业本科毕业, 1990 年进入铁十三局电务段工作(现更名为中铁建大桥工程局集团电气化工程有限公司),主要从事于工程施工组织管理和市场开发工作,现任中铁建大桥工程局集团电气化工程有限公司总经理,东北区域指挥部指挥长,高级工程师。

Dou Wang, male, senior engineer, born in Changchun City of Jilin Province in June 1980. He graduated from Changchun Institute of Technology in 2003, majoring in housing equipment installation. In 2014, he graduated from North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power with an on-job postgraduate’s degree in control engineering. He has been worked in the Changchun Branch of Beijing Urban Construction Design and Development Group Co., Ltd. since 2010, and mainly engaged in rail transit electrical engineering design. He participated in rail projects in cities such as Changchun, Shenyang, Harbin, Hohhot, etc. Among them, Changchun Metro Line 1 phase I Project he participated in as the main design leader won the first prize in the comprehensive category of “Beijing Excellent Engineering Survey and Design” and the second prize in the Industry Excellent Survey and Design in 2019.

王斗,男, 1980 年 6 月生,吉林省长春市人,高级工程师。 2003 年长春工程学院房屋设备安装毕业、 2014 年华北水利水电大学控制工程毕业,在职研究生学历。于2010 年在北京城建设计发展集团长春分院工作,主要从事轨道交通电气工程设计,参与了长春、沈阳、哈尔滨、呼和浩特等城市的轨道工程,其中作为主要设计负责人的长春市地铁 1 号线一期工程获得“北京市优秀工程勘察设计”综合类一等奖、2019 年度行业优秀勘察设计二等奖。

Hao Qi, male, born in Changchun City of Jilin Province in May 1986. He graduated from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in optoelectronic information engineering and law, and then graduated from Jilin University with a master’s degree in MBA project management in 2016. Since entering Changchun Light Rail Group Co., Ltd. in 2010, he has been engaged in urban rapid rail transit construction management for 9 years. He is mainly engaged in the technical management of electrical equipment system, engineering design management and project pre-planning
and has accumulated rich experience. Now he is the senior executive of the chief engineer office.


齐昊,男, 1986 年 5 月生,吉林省长春市人, 2009 年本科就读于长春市理工大学光电信息工程和法学专业毕业, 2016 年硕士就读于吉林大学 MBA 工程项目管理专业毕业, 自 2010 年进入长春市轨道交通集团有限公司后从事城市快速轨道交通建设管理 9 年,主要从事电气设备系统技术管理、工程设计管理和工程项目前期筹划等工作并积累了较丰富的经验,现担任总工程师室高级主管。
