Construction has become the most dynamic industry today. Road and bridge planning and design is the key to road and bridge construction. Its planning and design quality not only affects whether the functions of urban road and bridge meet the needs of urban traffic, but also affects the long-term planning of the city, the investment size of infrastructure and the future development prospects.
Bridges and roads bring great convenience to urban construction, promote economic development and social exchanges, and bring more convenience to the public. With the development of national economy, the scale of the city is expanding, the population of the city is increasing rapidly, and the traffic congestion problem is becoming more and more serious. 随着我国经济的快速发展,建设工程的规模日益扩大,种类日益繁多,呈现出蓬勃发展的势头,建设已成为当今最具有活力的一个行业。道路桥梁规划与设计是路桥建设的关键,其规划设计质量不仅影响城市道路桥梁的功能是否满足城市交通的需要,而且还能影响城市的长远规划、 基础设施的投资大小和今后发展前景。
桥梁道路给城市建设带来了很大的便利,促进了经济发展和社会交流,为公众带来了更多的便利。随着国民经济的发展,城市规模在不断扩大,城市人口急剧增加,随之出现的交通拥堵问题日趋严重。道路桥梁隧道作为交通运输方式以其不可比拟的优势快速发展起来,在城市经济发展中发挥着越来越大的作用。

Ji-Xin Wang, male, senior engineer, registered road engineer, born in Qitaihe City, Heilongjiang Province in May 1979. He graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology in the major of road and bridge. He is the co-founder and deputy general manager of Heilongjiang Longge Engineering Design Ltd. at present. He has been engaged in bridge and tunnel engineering design for a long time. He was mainly engaged in the bridge design of Daguang Expressway, Yibao Expressway, Yisui Expressway, Harbin to Zhaoqing Expressway and other expressways. He has certain research on the long-span concrete continuous rigid frame bridge, the small radius curved box girder bridge, the widened bifurcated special-shaped box girder bridge, the steel box girder bridge, the severe cold area concrete application, etc.
王积鑫,男, 1979 年 5 月生,黑龙江省七台河市人,高级工程师,注册道路工程师,现任黑龙江龙格工程设计有限公司联合创始人兼副总经理,毕业于哈尔滨工业大学道桥专业,长期从事桥梁与隧道工程设计,主要参与了大广高速、依宝高速、伊绥高速、哈肇高速等多条高速公路的桥梁设计,在大跨径混凝土连续刚构桥、小半径弯箱梁桥、变宽分叉异型箱梁桥、钢箱梁桥、严寒地区的混凝土应用等方向有一定的研究。
Jing-You Wang, male, the Han nationality, senior engineer, CPC member, born in Yushu City, Jilin Province in May 1979. He successively work on engineering design and management at China Railway 13th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. (now as China Railway Construction Bridge Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd.), Heilongjiang Sheng Linye Sheji Yanjiuyuan, etc. He mainly participated in the technical responsibility and management of the reconstruction and expansion project of Ning’an-Xingshan section of Heda Highway, the China Mongolia Alshan-Songbeier Port Highway and the Numergen boundary river bridge (won the third prize of Excellent Engineering Consulting Results), the reconstruction project of Nima-Dongcuo section of provincial highway S301 in Tibet Autonomous Region, and the new construction project of Yiyuan Road in Harbin (won the second prize of excellent engineering design), etc. He published many papers alone.
王井友,男,汉族,中共党员, 1979 年 5 月生,吉林榆树人,高级工程师,先后在中铁十三局集团有限公司,黑龙江省林业设计研究院等单位从事工程设计及管理工作,主要参与了鹤大公路宁安至杏山段改扩建工程、中蒙阿尔山~松贝尔口岸公路及努木尔根界河大桥(荣获优秀工程咨询成果三等奖)、西藏自治区省道 S301 线尼玛至洞措段改建工程、哈尔滨市怡园路新建工程(荣获优秀工程设计二等奖)等项目的技术负责及管理。独著发表多篇论文。
Ping Liu, male, senior engineer, born in Qingan County, Heilongjiang Province in July 1980. He graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology in the major of civil engineering (road engineering). Since graduation, he has been engaged in bridge design for 17 years. He has rich experience in design of concrete structure bridge, steel structure bridge and steel-concrete composite structure bridge. He participated in the design of Xidong Bridge in Xiamen and presided over the design of inland lake and crossing sea bridge. At present, he works in Xiamen Municipal Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd. and he is mainly engaged in bridge structure design. He is an expert in Fujian experts database.
刘平,男, 1980 年 7 月生,黑龙江省庆安县人,高级工程师。 2003 年毕业于哈尔滨工业大学土木工程(道路工程方向)专业。毕业至今从事桥梁设计工作 17 年,拥有丰富混凝土结构桥梁、钢结构桥梁、钢-混凝土组合结构桥梁设计经验。参与厦门市溪东特大桥设计,主持厦门市内湖跨海大桥设计。现就职于厦门市市政工程设计院有限公司,从事桥梁结构设计工作,福建省专家库专家。
