Preface

In recent years, driven by the rapid development of social economy, the national economy has maintained a sustained and rapid growth trend. The level of urbanization construction in China is constantly improving, and the development process of construction industry is also constantly advancing. The planning and implementation of various construction projects give full play to the comprehensive service function of urban infrastructure. However, with the development of construction industry, the competition mechanism of market economy has become an important factor restricting the development of construction enterprises. How to achieve sustainable development under the environment of market competition has become an important topic for construction enterprises. As a comprehensive management activity integrating cost management, quality management and organization management, construction project management plays an important role in improving construction benefits.

Starting from the design, construction and management of building, construction and construction engineering, this book studies the whole construction process and construction technology of construction engineering, and explains the importance and positive significance of safety construction, accident and safety risk management of construction engineering. Then it analyzes the management and control theory of the project cost, progress and quality, and finally studies the general contracting project management of the construction project, in order to carry out a comprehensive theoretical research on the construction and management of the construction project, so as to provide a theoretical reference for colleagues in the construction industry in the actual project.


前 言

近年来,在社会经济快速发展的带动下,国民经济保持着持续、快速的增长趋势,我国城市化建设水平不断提高,建筑事业的发展进程也不断推进。各项建筑工程的筹划和实施,全面发挥了城市基础设施的综合服务功能。然而,在建筑事业获得良好发展趋势的同时,市场经济的竞争机制成为制约各建筑工程企业发展的重要因素。如何在激励的市场竞争环境下,获得自身可持续发展的途径成为建筑工程企业探讨的重要课题。建筑项目管理作为一项集成本管理、质量管理及组织管理为一体的综合管理活动,在提高建筑工程建设效益中发挥着重要的作用。

本书从建筑、建筑工程、建筑工程的设计、施工、管理几大方面出发,对建筑工程的施工全过程与施工技术进行探讨研究,又对建筑工程安全施工、事故与安全风险管理的重要性与积极意义进行阐释说明,再对工程造价、进度与质量的管理与控制理论进行分析,最后研究了建筑工程总承包项目管理,以期对建筑工程施工与管理进行全方位的理论研究,以供建筑业同仁在实际工程中用作理论参考。

Editor-in-Chief

Qian Yu, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Taian City, Shandong Province in July 1970. He is the project manager, project chief engineer and chief engineer of Shandong Taian Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. During his tenure, he won the Taishan Cup project of construction engineering quality in Shandong Province. He won the High Quality Structure Award of construction engineering in Shandong Province, the Outstanding Individual of innovation driven development in Shandong Province, the Craftsman Spirit Award of China Industry-University-Research. He is the member of evaluation committee of Gold Architecture, national excellent constructor, evaluation expert of Shandong Taishan Cup Award. The paper published by him won the Third Prize of excellent papers of Shandong Assembly Construction Industry Technology Innovation Alliance.


于潜,男,汉族,19707 月生,山东泰安人,大学本科,任山东泰安建筑工程集团有限公司项目经理、项目总工程师、集团公司总工程师。任职期间获得山东省建筑工程质量泰山杯工程,连续几年获得山东省建筑工程优质结构奖、山东省创新驱动发展优秀个人、中国产学研工匠精神奖。金筑奖评选委员会、全国优秀建造师、山东省泰山杯奖评定专家;发表的文章获得山东省装配式建筑产业技术创新联盟优秀论文三等奖。
