Building engineering construction technology management is a necessary part of construction companies. 随着我国的快速发展,我国整体经济状况也呈现出飞速发展的态势,在国家经济的结构当中,建筑行业成为我国经济发展行业当中重要的支柱行业。但是要保持较高的竞争能力,还需要不断地努力,在建筑行业建设企业中打造一支优秀的团队,提高团队的作战能力,使得中国的建筑公司既保证质量又保持高效益的发展壮大。建筑工程施工技术管理是建筑施工公司当中必要的一大版块,它对国家社会有着深远的影响,对国家经济的发展起着促进的作用,在建筑行业公司的综合水平提高方面也有很大地贡献,建筑工程施工技术管理水平的有效提升能够减少公司工程的资本,增强公司工程施工的整体效果,降低公司在施工进程中出现不同安全事故的概率,从根本上提升施工公司的整体经济水平。

Xiao-He Fu, male, the Han nationality, lecturer, bachelor’s degree, born in Jingning County of Gansu Province in October 1982. He is responsible for the construction professional education and student skills competition guidance of Pingliang Mechanical and Electrical Engineering School in Gansu Province (formerly Jingning Vocational Education Center). In particular, the project of “Building Decoration” was awarded the provincial first prize for two consecutive years. The innovation and entrepreneurship Project “Yijiaren Decoration” he guided won the third prize of national secondary vocational school. He has successively published papers in national journals, including “Application of Innovative Mode in Construction Engineering Management”, “Thoughts on Strengthening Construction Site Management of Civil Engineering”, and “Analysis of Roof Waterproof Construction Technology”.
付小合,男,汉族,1982 年 10 月生,甘肃省静宁县人,大学本科学历,讲师,任甘肃省平凉机电工程学校(原静宁县职教中心)建筑专业教育教学及学生技能竞赛辅导工作,尤其辅导的“建筑装饰”项目连续两年获得省一等奖。指导的创新创业项目“宜家人装饰”获得全国中职三等奖。先后在国家级期刊中发表论文《创新模式在建筑工程管理中的应用》、《对加强建筑工程土建施工现场管理的思考》、《试析屋面防水建筑施工技术》等。
Yong-Lei Xie, male, the Han nationality, senior engineer, bachelor’s degree, born in Shandong Province in February1975. He has been engaged in construction management and housing construction technology research for more than 20 years. He has presided over the construction of a series of large-scale projects, including the office building of Shandong Energy Xinwen Mining Group Co., Ltd., Longgu Mine and Coal Preparation Plant, Hengshanbao Mine, Hengkun Chemical Industry, Taishan Cement Phase II general contract construction and Tai’an Olympic Garden. Several projects won the “Taishan Cup”, “Sun Cup”, and “Luban Award”, setting the “fastest record of the same type of construction in the country”. And several new technologies he developed have won national patents. He has rich experience in engineering management and technical management.
解永磊,男,汉族,1975 年2 月生,山东人,大学学历,高级工程师。从业二十余年,一直从事施工管理及房屋施工技术研究,曾主持新矿集团办公楼、龙固矿井及选煤厂、横山堡矿井、恒坤化工、泰山水泥二期总承包施工以及泰安奥林匹克花园等一系列大型工程建设,多项工程荣获“泰山杯”、“太阳杯”、“鲁班奖”,创“全国同类型工程施工最快纪录”。研发的多项新技术获国家专利,在工程管理和技术管理领域具有相当丰富的经验。
