Preface

Machinery manufacturing industry is one of the most important sectors of the national economy. It can not only directly provide consumer goods for people’s life, but also provide technical equipment for all sectors of the national economy. It is an important foundation and pillar industry of national economy. Its development scale and level have a great restriction and direct influence on the development of national economy, and it is an important sign of a country’s economic strength and the level of scientific and technological development. Therefore, all countries in the world regard the development of machinery manufacturing industry as one of the strategic priorities for the revitalization and development of national economy. 

The development and progress of machinery manufacturing industry, to a large extent, depends on the level and development of machinery manufacturing technology. Today, with the high development of science and technology, modern industry puts forward higher and higher requirements for machinery manufacturing technology, which promotes the continuous development of machinery manufacturing technology. At the same time, the development of cience and technology also provides opportunities and conditions for the development of machinery manufacturing technology. In particular, the development of computer technology makes it easier to combine conventional mechanical manufacturing technology with precision detection technology, numerical control technology, sensor technology, etc. It brings many new technologies and concepts to the field of mechanical manufacturing, and greatly improves product quality and production efficiency. The development of mechanical manufacturing technology has laid a solid foundation for the development of other high-tech and provided a reliable guarantee. Both of them promote each other and improve together, making a great contribution to the rapid development of society and economy. 

In the process of compiling this book, we have read a large number of domestic and foreign textbooks, treatises and other documents. Due to the limited space, we will not list them one by one. We sincerely thank these authors of these documents. At the same time, due to the limited level and ability of editors, there are inevitably mistakes and omissions in the book. We sincerely hope that experts, scholars and readers can criticize and correct them, so as to further improve them in the future.

机械制造工业是国民经济最重要的部门之一,它不仅能直接提供人民生活所需的消费品,而且为国民经济各部门提供技术装备,是国民经济的重要基础和支柱产业,其发展规模和水平对国民经济的发展有很大的制约和直接的影响,是一个国家经济实力和科学技术发展水平的重要标志,因而世界各国均把发展机械制造工业作为振兴和发展国民经济的战略重点之一。

机械制造工业的发展和进步,在很大程度上取决于机械制造技术的水平和发展。 在科学技术高度发展的今天, 现代工业对机械制造技术提出了越来越高的要求,推动着机械制造技术向前不断发展,同时科学技术的发展也为机械制造技术的发展提供了机遇和条件。特别是计算机技术的发展,使得常规机械制造技术与精密检测技术、数控技术、传感技术等有机结合更易于进行,给机械制造领域带来许多新技术、新概念,使产品质量和生产效率大大提高。而机械制造技术的发展又为其他高新技术的发展打下了坚实的基础,提供了可靠的保证,两者互相促进,共同提高,为社会和经济的快速发展做出了极大的贡献。

在本书的编写过程中,我们参阅了大量国内外教材和论著等文献资料,由于篇幅有限,恕不一一列出,在此对这些文献的作者一并表示诚挚的谢意。同时,由于编者水平和能力有限,书中难免存在错误与遗漏,我们诚恳地希望各位专家、学者和读者批评指正,以便今后进一步完善。

Zhong-Da Yang, male, the Han nationality, born in Shenyang City of Liaoning Province in April 1987. He graduated from Liaoning University of Technology in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree. He is currently working as a designer at Northern Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd. and is responsible for the design and development of belt conveyors. He obtained multiple national utility model patents (as first inventor), published several papers such as “Optimized Design of Belt Conveyor Drive Mode” in national journals, and participated in the design and development of international projects such as“Uzbekistan Anglin Open-pit Coal Mine”, “India ultra long distance and large capacity cross-country belt conveyor”. He has won the titles of “Employee Technology Innovation Achievement Award” and “Post Star”.

杨忠大,男,汉族, 1987 年 4 月生,辽宁沈阳人, 2010 年毕业于辽宁工业大学,本科学历,现于北方重工集团有限公司任职设计师职位,负责带式输送机设计研发工作。获多项国家实用新型专利(第一发明人),在国家级专业杂志上发表《带式输送机驱动方式的优化设计》等多篇论文,曾参与《乌兹别克斯坦安格林露天煤矿》、《印度超长距离大运量越野带式输送机》等国际项目的设计研发工作,曾获职工技术创新成果奖、岗位之星等称号。

Rong Li, male, the Han nationality, master’s degree, senior engineer, born in Xi’an City of Shaanxi Province in October 1979. He graduated from Northwestern Polytechnical University, majoring in aerospace science and technology. After graduation, he has engaged in aircraft manufacturing and has participated in a number of scientific research projects and engineering technical work. In 2015, he went to France for technical exchange study. He is expert in plastic forming technology, presided over and participated in 15 scientific research projects, published 11 papers, and won 3 first prizes for papers, 2 patents, 2 books and 2 textbooks. He has been engaged in aeronautical research for a long time, and currently participates in the research and management of sheet metal forming technology in many enterprises.

李荣,男,汉族, 1979 年 10 月生,陕西西安人,硕士研究生学历,高级工程师,毕业于西北工业大学航空宇航科学技术专业。毕业后从事飞机制造相关专业,先后参与了多项科研攻关课题和工程技术工作。 2015 年曾赴法国进行技术交流学习,塑性成形技术专家,主持并参与科研课题 15 项,发表论文 11 篇,获论文一等奖 3 项,专利 2 项,著作 2 项,教材 2 部。长期从事航空科研工作,目前参与多个企业的钣金成形技术研究,管理技术工作。

Bin-Yan Zhu, male, the Han nationality, born in Renqiu City OF Hebei Province in March 1982. He graduated from Hebei University of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in 2015. He is currently working as an engineer at Yangzhou Branch of North China Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., is responsible for HFW steel pipe production management, new product development, production equipment improvement and maintenance. He participated in the development of HFW steel pipes in a series of special fields such as slurry transportation, low temperature station, low yield yield ratio petroleum casing, acid resistance, UHV transmission tower steel pipe, X70M high material steel pipe, expansion casing, and completed the improvement and installation of production equipment such as high frequency contact welding, uncoiler, edge milling machine, etc.

朱斌燕,男,民族,汉, 19823 月生,河北省任丘市人, 2005 年毕业于河北工业大学,本科学历,现于华油钢管有限公司扬州分公司任职工程师职位,负责 HFW钢管现场生产管理、新产品开发以及生产设备改进与维护工作。参与矿浆输送、低温站场、低屈强比石油套管、抗酸、特高压输电塔用钢管、 X70M 高材质钢管、膨胀套管等一系列特殊领域 HFW 钢管的开发工作,并完成高频接触焊、拆卷机、铣边机等生产设备的改进与安装工作。
