Preface
Why do we develop prefabricated buildings in China? Although the existing traditional technology in China has made great contribution to the rapid development of urban and rural construction, its disadvantages are also very prominent: the first is extensive type, with serious waste of steel and cement; the second is excessive water consumption; the third is dirty, disorderly and poor construction site, which is often an important pollution source of urban inhalable particles; the fourth is serious common quality problems, cracking and leakage; the fifth is soaring labor cost, difficult recruitment management and quality control (this is the most essential one). This shows that the traditional technology has to be changed. In addition to the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction, we must accelerate the transformation and vigorously develop prefabricated buildings.
This book summarizes the experience of domestic prefabricated building construction and other aspects, which is clear-cut, easy to understand, and convenient for readers to quickly understand the relevant knowledge of prefabricated building. In the process of writing this book, we have referred to a large number of literature, as well as a large number of domestic and foreign enterprises’ achievement experience and classic cases. We are thankful for relevant enterprises in the book for their great help and support. Prefabricated technology is not a one-to-one technology, nor a closed and conservative technology. Only when all enterprises in the whole society work hard and strive for it and break the barriers of experience technology, can this cause of benefiting mankind be developed.
Due to the limited level of editors, there will inevitably be omissions and deficiencies in the book. Readers are sincerely welcome to criticize and correct them.

我国为什么要发展装配式建筑?我国现有的传统技术虽然对城乡建设快速发展贡献很大,但弊端也十分突出:一是粗放式,钢材、水泥浪费严重;二是用水量过大;三是工地脏、乱、差,往往是城市可吸入颗粒物的重要污染源;四是质量通病严重,开裂渗漏问题突出;五是劳动力成本飙升,招工难管理难、质量控制难(这一条恰恰是最本质的)。这表明传统技术已非改不可,加上节能减排的要求,必须加快转型,大力发展装配式建筑。
本书总结了国内装配式建筑施工等方面的经验,层次分明,通俗易懂,便于读者快速了解装配式建筑的相关知识。本书的编写过程中,参考了大量的文献资料,也参考了大量的国内外企业的成果经验与经典案例,感谢书中相关企业的大力帮助与鼎力支持。装配式技术并非一家一门的技术,也不是封闭和保守的技术,只有全社会各家各企业共同为之努力和奋斗,打破经验技术的壁垒,才能将这项造福人类的事业发展起来。

Yan-Dong Zhang, male, the Sibe nationality, bachelor’d degree, born in Fuxin City, Liaoning Province in June 1976. At present, he is the president of the department of general contract business in China Qingdao Construction Group Co., Ltd. He has been in the construction industry for 18 years and has rich experience. In 2009, he won the honorary title of Brand Project Manager of the First Branch of China Qingdao Construction Group Co., Ltd. In 2010, he won the title of Labor Manager of the 8th China Architectural Enterprise Summit 2010. In 2011, he won the title of Excellent CPC Member of China Qingdao Construction Group Co., Ltd. In 2012, he won the title of Labor Model of Qingdao City and the second prize of National Engineering Construction Excellent Management Quality Group. In 2013, he won the title of Labor Model of Shandong Province.
张延东,男,锡伯族, 1976 年 6 月生,辽宁阜新人,本科。现任青建集团股份公司总承包事业部总裁,从事建筑行业 18 年,经验丰富。 2009 年获青建集团股份公司第一分公司“品牌项目经理”称号, 2010 年荣获第八届中国建筑企业高峰论坛 2010年度“劳务经理”称号, 2011 年青建集团股份公司优秀共产党员荣誉称号, 2012年获青岛市劳动模范称号, 2012 年获得全国工程建设优秀管理质量小组二等奖,2013 年获山东省劳动模范称号。
Tao Liu, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Jinan City, Shandong Province in November 1976. At present, he is the chief engineer of the department of general contract business of China Qingdao Construction Group Co., Ltd. “Study on Application Technology of Rock-soil Combined Top-down Construction” won the first prize of Shandong Construction Technology Innovation Award. The research achievements have reached the international advanced level. “Arch Camber and Deflection Analysis of Concrete Structure”has been identified as the leading level in China by Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Shandong Province. He published 6 professional academic papers, such as “Discussion on the Causes and Control of Cracks in Pumping Concrete Floor of High-rise Buildings”. He published many construction methods, such as “Construction Method of Combining Rock and Soil” and “Construction Method of Large-span Reinforced Concrete Special-shaped Beam Formwork”, as the first completer.
刘涛,男,汉, 1976 年 11 月生,山东济南人,本科,现任青建集团股份公司总承包事业部总工程师。《岩土结合逆作法应用技术研究》获山东省建筑业技术创新奖一等奖,课题成果达到国际先进水平,“混凝土结构起拱与挠度分析”经山东省住房和城乡建设厅技术鉴定为国内领先水平,发表《浅谈高层建筑泵送混凝土楼板裂缝的原因与控制》等 6 篇专业学术论文,以第一完成人发布《岩土结合逆作法施工工法》《大跨度钢筋混凝土异形梁模板施工工法》等多部工法。
