Preface

Modern power engineering is closely related to each of us and affects all aspects of our lives. Automation control is also the dividend of the development of science and technology for the development of modern industry, especially for power engineering. The electric automation control technology can avoid the blind area or error in the traditional human control process, realize the time monitoring of the power engineering, ensure the safe and effective operation of the power engineering, reduce the work intensity of the staff, and also effectively improve the equipment operation efficiency.
    This paper explores power engineering and electrical automation control technology from multiple perspectives, including the system overview of power engineering; the working principle of electrical equipment, including high-voltage switchgear, high-voltage fuse, mutual inductor, electrical main wiring, etc. It expresses the contents of the rules and regulations of the electric power construction project; analyzes the supervision work related to the electric power construction project, including the quality evaluation method of the electric power construction project, the resume of the electric power equipment, the design supervision, etc. It explores the application of the new technologies and methods in the process of the electric power construction; lists the related concepts of the electric
automation technology; explores the starting point of electrical engineering and automation technology; and researches and prospects the intelligent technology in electrical automation engineering.


前 言

现代电力工程是与我们每个人都息息相关的、影响到我们生活方方面面的工程技术,而自动化控制同样也是科技发展对于现代行业发展所产生的红利,尤其是对电力工程,通过电气自动化控制技术能够避免传统人为控制过程中所存在的盲区或者误差,实现对于电力工程的时刻监控,确保电力工程的安全有效运行实施,降低工作人员工作强度的同时还可有效提升设备运行效率。
     本文从多个角度对于电力工程与电气自动化控制技术进行探究,包含对于电力工程的系统概述;对于电器设备工作原理进行探究,包含高压开关电器、高压熔断器、互感器,电气主接线等内容;对电力建设工程规程规范内容进行表达;对于电力建设工程的相关监理工作进行分析,包含对于电力建设工程质量评价方式、电力设备监理、设计监理等内容;对电力建设施工过程中所产生的新技术、新方法进行应用进行探究;对电气自动化技术的相关概念进行表达,探究电气工程与自动化技术的切入点;对电气自动化工程中的智能化技术进行研究与展望。

Editor-in-Chief

Fei Yao, male, the Han nationality,master’s degree, born in Hengshui City, Hebei Province  in October 1984. His major is electric engineering and automation. From 2007, He has been engaged in the research and development of UHV test equipment in China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation. He participate in more than 30 national UHV major projects. He participated in the development of 2400kv / 200mA DC generator, 1000kV / 2000mA AC / DC pollution power supply, icing test equipment, corona cage rain test system, container pollution test system, simulated water mist test system, power monitoring insulator, online monitoring system, etc. In total, he has obtained 1 authorized invention patent and 10 utility model patents.


姚飞,男,汉族, 1984 年 10 月生,河北省衡水市人,硕士研究生。电气工程与自动化专业, 2007 年至今在航天科工集团从事特高压试验设备研制工作,参与 30 多项国家特高压重大项目,参与研制了 2400kV/200mA 直流发生器、 1000kV/2000mA交直流污秽电源、覆冰试验设备、电晕笼淋雨试验系统、集装箱积污试验系统、模拟水雾试验系统、电力监测绝缘子、在线监测系统等。共获得授权发明专利 1 项、实用新型专利 10 项。

Qing-Guo Gao, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, engineer, born in Baodi District, Tianjin City in March 1974. He took part in work in October 1998. And he has been engaged in the management of asphalt mixing station in Baodi District Transportation Material Supply Station of Tianjin. He is a national registered constructor of highway engineering and a national registered associate constructor of mechanical and electrical installation.


高庆国,男,汉族, 1974 年 3 月生,天津宝坻人,本科学历,工程师。 1998 年 10月参加工作,一直在天津市宝坻区交通材料供应站从事沥青混合拌合站的管理等工作。国家注册一级公路工程建造师,国家注册二级机电安装建造师。

Hong-Xia Sun, female, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Dongying City, Shandong Province in April 1980. In June 2019, she obtained her master’s degree. She has participated in work for 16 years and she has long been responsible for the teaching of courses such as “Power System Analysis”, “Electrical Control and PLC”, “Installation and Commissioning of Automatic Production Line”, etc. She successively published more than 20 papers, took responsibility of more than 10 provincial topics, participated in the compilation of many teaching materials. SHe is an excellent teacher of rich work experience.


孙红霞,女,汉族, 1980 年 4 月生,山东省东营市人,本科学历, 2019 年 6 月获得硕士学位,已参加工作 16 年,长期承担《电力系统分析》《电气控制与 PLC》《自动化生产线安装与调试》等课程的教学工作,先后发表论文 20 余篇,承担省级课题 10 余项,参与多门课程教材编写工作,是一位有着丰富工作经历的优秀教师。
