Green Building technology, as a new application cutting-edge technology for building a harmonious society, achieving sustainable building goals such as health, comfort, energy conservation and environmental protection, is bound to get great development in today and in the future when energy conservation and emission reduction are increasingly valued. However, due to its contents involving architecture, building environment, building environment and equipment engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, building materials and many other professional aspects, different professional background personnel have different understanding and focus on it. In fact, the major of building environment and equipment engineering, as the leading major in the implementation of building environment technology and green building technology, has its unique advantages in its technical application. This book focuses on the application and evaluation of green building technology from the perspective of technology, using the basic theoretical knowledge of building environment and building thermal engineering. The main features of this book are as follows: (1) closely combining the application of green building technology and evaluation examples, to avoid empty technical introduction and theoretical analysis; (2) combining the contents of “Green Building Evaluation Standard” and “green building evaluation mark” closely, a systematic case study is carried out. The research content is practical and operable; (3) closely combining with building energy conservation, water resource recycling technology and mode, material recycling mode to introduce and analyze the application of technology, so as to avoid the unsystematic and emptiness of the content; (4) In the process of writing, we should not emphasize the advanced and high technology of green building application technology. The combination of mature technology and appropriate technology is conducive to the application and popularization of technology in engineering practice, and has a wider application. This book comprehensively expounds and analyzes the green building technology and cost from seven chapters, hoping to be helpful for the project development of relevant staff.

绿色建筑技术作为构建和谐社会、实现健康、舒适、节能、环保等可持续建筑目标的新型应用前沿技术, 在节能减排日益重视的今天和未来必将得到巨大的发展,然而由于其内容涉及建筑学、建筑环境学、建筑环境与设备工程学、给水排水工程学、建筑材料学等众多专业面,不同专业背景人员对其理解和掌握关注的重点有很大区别。实际上建筑环境与设备工程专业作为建筑环境技术和绿色建筑技术实施的主导专业,在其技术应用层面有其独特的优势。本书编写重点从技术角度出发,利用建筑环境学和建筑热工等基本理论知识,对绿色建筑技术的应用及评价展开详细的编写,本书编写的主要特点体现在以下几个方面: (1)紧密结合绿色建筑技术应用和评价实例展开编写,避免空洞的技术介绍和理论分析;(2)紧密结合《绿色建筑评价标准》和绿色建筑评价标识的内容展开系统的实例应用研究, 研究内容具有实用性和可操作性; (3) 紧密结合建筑节能、水资源再循环利用技术及模式、材料再循环利用模式等展开技术应用介绍和剖析,避免编写内容的不系统性和空泛性; (4)编写时不过分强调绿色建筑应用技术的先进性和高科技性,而着眼于成熟技术的组合和适宜技术的联合应用,有利于技术在工程实际中的应用和推广发展,具有较广的应用面。本书从七章内容对绿色建筑技术与造价进行全面的阐述与分析,希望能够有助于相关工作人员的项目开展。
