Preface
The harmonious coexistence of people and the built environment is the constant development theme of architecture. At present, China’s housing industry is mainly developing in the direction of prefabricated housing construction technology, and the concept of green building should be integrated into it. On the premise of ensuring that the function of the building itself remains unchanged, the building life and use function should be guaranteed, energy conservation and emission reduction should be achieved to the maximum extent, and the utilization of energy and land shall be planned in the most reasonable way to provide a more comfortable environment based on ensuring people’s survival needs. Therefore, the concept of green building is becoming more and more important and closely related to the living environment. The purpose of this book is to deeply discuss the relevant concepts and application technologies of prefabricated buildings and green buildings, in order to provide opinions and references for the development of China’s housing industry. 

This book is mainly divided into eight chapters to describe the technical knowledge of green buildings and prefabricated buildings, including the explanation of the concept knowledge of green buildings, the design highlights of green buildings in planning and the development of combining previous experience, the design and application analysis of building in energy saving, materials required for prefabricated buildings like concrete, steel bars and steel, discussion and research on the design of prefabricated buildings, key technologies of prefabricated buildings during construction like component installation and connection technologies, analysis and control of the cost of prefabricated buildings. I hope to provide readers with ideas and technical knowledge reference and contribute my own strength.


前 言
人与建筑环境和谐共处是建筑不变的发展主题,当前,我国住宅产业主要朝着装配式住宅建设技术的方向发展,并且要将绿色建筑的观念融合到里面,在保证建筑本身的功能不变的前提下, 保证建筑寿命和使用功能, 最大限度地做到节能减排,将能源、土地的利用做到最合理的规划。保障人们生存需要的基础上提供更舒适的环境。所以绿色建筑的理念越来越重要,与生活环境息息相关。本书旨在深入探讨装配式建筑及绿色建筑的相关概念和应用技术,以期为我国住宅产业的发展提供意见参考。

本书主要分成八章来讲述绿色建筑以及装配式建筑的技术知识,包括绿色建筑的理念知识讲解;绿色建筑在规划上的设计亮点包括结合前人的经验来发展;对于建筑在节能方面的设计以及应用分析;装配式建筑需要用的材料讲解包括混凝土、钢筋和钢材等;对于装配式建筑的设计研究讨论;装配式建筑在施工过程中的关键技术,包括构件的安装及连接技术等;对于装配式建筑的成本的分析控制。希望能给读者提供理念以及技术上的知识参考,贡献自己的一份力量。

Editor-in-Chief

Yu-Qiang, Li, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, national registered cost engineer, constructor, senior engineer, born in Taian City, Shandong Province in September 1977. He is the manager of The Fifth Branch of Shandong Taian Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. During his term of office, he has been awarded as the “Advanced Worker of Taian City” for many times. The group activity of The Fifth Branch QC organized by him was awarded “The Second Prize of National Construction Engineering Excellent Project Management” in 2016 and “I Result of National Engineering Construction Quality Management Group Activity Results Communication Conference” in 2019. He participated in compiling and completing many provincial engineering construction methods of Shandong Province and provided srong technical support for the operation and engineering management of The Fifth Branch.

李玉强,男,汉族, 1977 年 9 月生,山东泰安人,本科学历,国家一级注册造价师、一级注册建造师、 高级工程师, 任山东泰安建筑工程集团有限公司第五分公司经理。任职期间多次荣获“泰安市先进工作者”,组织的第五分公司 QC 小组活动, 2016年荣获“全国建设工程优秀项目管理二等奖”, 2019 年荣获“全国工程建设质量管理小组活动成果交流会Ⅰ类成果”,参与编制完成多项山东省省级工程建设工法;为第五分公司的经营与工程管理提供有力的技术支撑。
