Chi Liu, male, the Han nationality, born in Tangshan City, Hebei Province in April 1979. In 2002, he graduated from Xinjiang University. In 2012, he transferred to the Construction and Administration Bureau of South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project. At present, he is the deputy manager and engineer of the department of Human Resources in South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Information Technology Co., Ltd. 刘驰,男,汉族, 1979 年 4 月生,河北唐山人, 2002 年毕业于新疆大学。 2012 年调入南水北调中线干线工程建设管理局,现任南水北调中线信息科技有限公司人力资源部副经理,工程师。参与组织南水北调中线自动化调度系统建设,参与组建南水北调中线信息科技公司。
Ru Li, female, CPC member, bachelor’s degree, accountant, born in Lantian County, Shaanxi Province in May 1973. She has been teaching finance and economics courses of specialized secondary schools (technical secondary school) in Baoji Supply and Marketing Cadre School for nearly ten years. At present, she has been working on human resources management in Baoji Agricultural Publicity Information Training Center for nearly 8 years. She has studied human resource planning and management, post responsibility design, performance appraisal system design, optimization of talent structure, etc. She successively authored and published more than 10 papers in national journals.
李茹,女, 1973 年 5 月生,陕西蓝田人,中共党员,本科学历,会计师职称。曾在宝鸡市供销干部学校承担中专(中技)财经类课程的教学工作近十年,现在宝鸡市农业宣传信息培训中心从事人力资源管理工作八余年,对事业单位人力资源规划管理、岗位职责设计、绩效考核体系设计、优化人才结构等方面有所研究,先后在国家级刊物发表独著论文十余篇。
