With the development of regionalization and integration of the world economy, China’s social and economic development is also progressing rapidly. The importance of contracting and management of water conservancy projects is also increasing. Under the conditions of market economy, the pressure of competition for water conservancy project contracting is also increasing. Therefore, the establishment and practice of the management system is imperative. The traditional management system and consciousness can not meet the social needs of rapid development. It is necessary to build a new management system and process control, establish a reasonable management system in colleges and universities, and better supervise the implementation of water conservancy projects.
This book mainly explains the whole process of general contracting of water conservancy projects. 随着世界经济的区域化和一体化的发展,我国的社会经济发展也飞快进行,对于水利工程的承包和管理重视程度也不断提高,市场经济条件下,水利工程承包的竞争压力也越来越大,所以,管理体系的建立和实践势在必行,传统的管理体系以及意识已经不能满足飞速发展的社会需求,需要建设新的管理体系和流程把控,建立高效合理的管理体系,更好地监管水利工程的实施进行。
本书主要对于水利工程总承包的整个流程做了讲解阐述,首先从水利工程建设与管理的理论体系着手,然后讲解了水利工程总承包项目对于组织的管理比如职能的划分;水利工程总承包项目设计方面的把控;水利工程总成本项目采购方面的管理控制;水利工程在施工过程中的计划以及现场的管理;水利工程竣工之后的验收管理;水利工程项目的进度、费用、 HSE 整个流程的把控;对于施工过程遇到的风险进行分析采取措施合理规避;整个流程中的人员进行合理协调统一管理;对整个项目完成后进行总结分析。希望能给读者带来参考和帮助。
