Water conservancy and hydropower is an important infrastructure and basic industry for social and economic development. With the deepening of the management system reform of construction industry in China, the management system of water conservancy and hydropower construction enterprises in China, with project management as the core, has also undergone great changes, which requires enterprises to carry out standardized and scientific management of construction projects.
This book is divided into nine chapters, including water conservancy and hydropower project construction, water conservancy and hydropower project management mode, water conservancy and hydropower project bidding management, water conservancy and hydropower project investment control and management, water conservancy and hydropower project quality management and control, water conservancy and hydropower project safety risk management, water conservancy and hydropower project construction progress management and integrity construction, water conservancy and hydropower project construction subcontract management as well as the application of value engineering in water conservancy and hydropower project management, the problems and solutions in the process of water conservancy and hydropower project management are analyzed in detail.This book can provide theoretical guidance for scientific and reasonable construction project management of water conservancy and hydropower construction enterprises in China. Due to the limited level of the author, there are still many shortcomings in this book. Readers are welcome to criticize and correct them.

水利水电是社会经济发展的重要基础设施和基础产业。随着我国建筑业管理体制改革的不断深化,以工程项目管理为核心的中国水利水电施工企业的经营管理体制也发生了很大的变化,这就要求企业必须对施工项目进行规范、科学的管理。
本书分为九个章节,包括水利水电工程建设、水利水电工程项目管理模式、水利水电工程招投标管理、水利水电工程投资控制与管理、水利水电工程质量管理与控制、水利水电工程安全风险管理、水利水电工程建设进度管理和诚信建设、水利水电工程施工分包管理以及价值工程在水利水电项目管理中的应用,详细地分析了水利水电工程项目管理过程中存在的问题及其解决措施。本书可以为我国水利水电施工企业科学合理地进行施工项目管理提供理论指导。由于作者水平有限,本书中仍然存在诸多缺点和不足,敬请广大读者批评指正。
Gui-Yang Wang, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Shimen Town, Linshu County, Shandong Province in March 1969. In 1991, he graduated from Shandong Water Conservancy College and later went to China Agricultural University. After graduation, he worked for Linshu Water Conservancy Bureau and engaged in water conservancy project construction at the construction site. He has participated in large-scale construction projects such as the dyke reinforcement of Shu River, the dispatching of the end from Yi River to Shu River, and the water-saving reconstruction of Longwo irrigation area. He presided over the design and construction of small and medium-sized water conservancy projects, such as Longtan Reservoir reinforcement project, Cangmashan small watershed management project, Longtan Hydropower Station project, Jiaolonghe Hydropower Station project, Hedong Futun Hydropower Station project, and Tancheng Lizhuang Hydropower Sation project.
王桂阳,男,汉族, 1969 年 3 月生,山东省临沭县石门镇人,本科, 1991 年毕业于山东水利专科学校,后进修于中国农业大学。毕业后供职于临沭县水利局,在一线工地从事水利工程施工,参加过沭河培堤、分沂入沭调尾、龙窝灌区节水改造等大型施工工程,主持设计并承建龙潭水库除险加固工程、苍马山小流域治理工程、龙潭水电站工程、蛟龙河水电站工程、河东付屯水电站工程、郯城李庄水电站工程等中小型水利工程。
Ming-Qian Song, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Qingdao City, Shandong Province in July 1987. He graduated from Shandong Water Conservancy Vocational College in water conservancy project in 2009 and from Qingdao University of Technology in water supply and drainage in 2013. Since graduation, he has been engaged in water conservancy supervision. And he mainly took part in many water conservancy projects such as sluice, dam and small reservoir.
宋明谦,男,汉族, 1987 年 7 月生,山东省青岛市人。本科, 2009 年毕业于山东省水利职业学院水利工程专业, 2013 年毕业于青岛理工大学给排水专业。毕业至今一直从事水利工程监理工作。主要参与过闸、坝,小水库等多项水利工程项目。
