Preface

Ultrasound diagnosis has the characteristics of no injury, no pain and various display methods to human body, especially for the exploration of human soft tissue and the measurement of hemodynamics of cardiovascular organs. It has the advantages that other methods can not compare, and has become one of the most widely used diagnostic means in modern medicine. Ultrasound medicine has been widely used in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, monitoring and general survey of human diseases. Also, with the improvement of people’s health needs, the depth and scope of its application are expanding.
    In recent years, with the rapid development of computer, information technology, electronic technology, new piezoelectric materials and other high-tech, as well as the increasing demand for clinical diagnosis and treatment, new technologies of ultrasonic medicine and imaging emerge in an endless stream, the system of ultrasonic medicine and imaging develops to a high level, and the quality of image becomes increasingly perfect.
    Combined with the current development of ultrasound medicine, this book will introduce the related theories and knowledge of ultrasound medicine in detail from many aspects, and elaborate the relevant contents of current technology of ultrasound medicine and imaging. The content is comprehensive, systematic and practical, which can be used as a reference for engineering and technical personnel engaged in ultrasonic instrument sales, application training and hospital equipment management. Due to the limitation of the author’s level, fallacies and omissions are inevitable. Readers are welcome to criticize and correct them.


前 言

超声诊断具有对人体无损伤、无痛苦、显示方法多样的特点,尤其是它对人体软组织的探查和心血管脏器的血流动力学测量有其他方法不能相比的优势,已成为现代医学中使用最为广泛的诊断手段之一。超声医学已经在预防、诊断、治疗、康复、监护和普查人体疾病中得到了广泛应用,并且随着人们健康需求的提高,其应用的深度和广度都在不断扩大。
    近年来,随着计算机、信息技术、电子技术、新型压电材料等高科技的迅速发展和临床诊断及治疗的需求增加,超声医学与影像新技术层出不穷,超声医学影像系统向高层次发展,图像品质日趋完美。
    本书结合当前超声医学发展现状,将从多个方面详细介绍超声医学相关理论与知识,阐述了目前超声医学影像技术的相关内容。内容全面、系统、实用,可供从事超声仪器销售、应用培训及医院设备管理的工程技术人员学习、参考。由于作者水平所限,谬误和疏漏之处在所难免,恳请广大读者朋友批评、指正。

Editor-in-Chief

Shi-Qian Liu, male, attending doctor, born in June 1981. He graduated from North China University of Science and Technology, majoring in medical imaging and nuclear medicine. He serves as a member of the Ultrasound Branch of the Medical Association of Zibo City, Shandong Province. Since 2004, he has been committed to ultrasound diagnosis and interventional treatment. He is very good at ultrasound diagnosis of heart and vascular diseases, and in-depth research on ultrasound interventional diagnosis and treatment. He has successively studied in the Department of Ultrasound of Beijing Anzhen Hospital, the Department of Ultrasound and Department of Interventional Ultrasound of the Chinese PLA General Hospital. He has deep knowledge in cardiovascular ultrasound diagnosis, interventional ultrasound diagnosis and treatment.


刘士谦,男, 1981 年 6 月生,主治医师。本科就读于华北煤炭医学院,医学影像学与核医学专业。山东省淄博市医学会,超声分会委员。 2004 年工作至今,致力于超声诊断与介入治疗工作。尤其擅长心脏,血管疾病超声诊断,并对超声介入诊断与治疗工作研究深入。先后于北京安贞医院超声科,中国人民解放军总医院超声科及介入超声科多次进修深造。 在心血管超声诊断, 介入超声诊断与治疗方面造诣较深。
