Preface
With the rapid development of social economy and the acceleration of urbanization in cities, the functions of buildings gradually increase, and China's construction industry also enters a prosperous period. As a result, the construction technology and methods needed have been greatly improved. Enterprises should constantly research new construction methods, introduce and use advanced construction theories and technologies at home and abroad, and establish a construction system suitable for modern urban buildings to further promote the development of the construction industry. The book is divided into eight chapters, namely, construction, building engineering materials, construction engineering cost, architectural design, construction earthwork construction, construction foundation engineering construction, reinforced concrete main structure construction and masonry construction. This book is intended to provide a practical textbook and reference book for the majority of construction practitioners. As this book covers many subjects, involves a complex system of knowledge, and has many writers, the format, depth and breadth of each chapter may not be consistent, and errors are inevitable. Readers are welcome to criticize and correct.

随着现今社会经济的飞速发展，城市化进城的加快，建筑的功能逐渐增加，我国建筑业也随之进入繁荣时期。因而需要的建筑施工技术和方法也比以前有大幅度的提升，需要施工企业不断研究新的建筑施工方法，不断引进和使用国内外的先进施工理论和技术，建立适合于现代城市建筑的施工系统，进一步推动建筑行业的发展。本书共分八个章节，分别是建筑、建筑工程材料、建筑工程造价、建筑设计、建筑土方工程施工、建筑基础工程施工、钢筋混凝土主体结构工程施工以及砌体工程施工。我们编写这本《建筑工程与施工技术》主要的意图是为广大建筑从业者提供一本切合实用的教材与参考书。由于本书包罗内容较广，涉及知识较繁琐，编写人员较多，各章节内容的格式、深度和广度可能并不一致，且谬误无可避免，警请读者批评指。
Jian-Ming Ma, male, the Han nationality, born in August 1983, Shangqiu, Henan. In 2010, he graduated from Henan University of Urban Construction. He is an associate constructor. In 2019, he was served as the manager of the Civil Engineering Decoration Company at Pingmei Shenma Jiangong Group in China. He has participated in projects that have won China Construction Engineering Luban Prize, and the "National AAA Class Safety Civilization Standardization Site" that have won the national patent. In addition, he also won various awards such as the ministerial-level construction method of coal, the provincial-level construction method, the scientific and technological progress award of China Pingmei Shenma Group, and the “four new achievements”, has been honored by China Pingmei Shenma Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. for outstanding Communist Party members, advanced scientific and technological workers, and advanced production workers.
马建明，男，汉族，1983年08月出生河南商丘，2010年毕业于河南城建学院本科学历。二级注册建造师，工程师职称，2019年就任于中国平煤神马建工集团有限公司土建处装饰公司经理。参与获得多项国优鲁班奖工程，“国家AAA级安全文明标准化工地”荣获国家专利、中国煤炭部级工法、省级工法、中国平煤神马集团科技进步奖、“四新”成果等各种奖项，并多次被中国平煤神马建工集团有限公司授予企业优秀共产党员、先进科技工作者、先进生产工作者等荣誉。
Yong-Xiang Zhang, male, the Han nationality, born in September 1983, Xiuwu County, Henan Province. In 2005, he graduated from Pingdingshan Institute of Technology and completed his further education in Henan University of Urban Construction in 2019. He is an engineer and A construction division and is currently the head of the Civil Engineering Department's decoration engineering operations at Pingmei Shenma Jiangong Group. 张永祥，男，汉族，1983年9月出生于河南修武县，2005年毕业于平顶山工学院，于2019年进修完河南城建学院。工程师，一级注册建造师，现就职于平煤神马建工集团有限公司土建处装饰工程经营负责人。先后参与获得“河南省科技金牌示范工地”、“河南省十项新技术金牌示范工地”、河南省安全文明工地”、“国家AAA级安全文明标准化工地”、“鲁班奖”，多次荣获省级工法、国家专利等荣誉证书。

王焰冰，男，汉族，1983年09月出生河南许昌，2008年毕业于河南南阳师范院，本科学历，执业资格一级注册建造师，职称助理工程师，2019年就任于中国平煤神马建工集团有限公司土建处装饰公司副经理。曾获得中国煤炭建设协会部级工法、中国平煤神马集团科技进步奖、“四新”成果等各种奖项，并多次被中国平煤神马建工集团有限公司授予企业先进科技工作者等荣誉。
