Preface
Geological exploration is based on the needs of economic construction, national defense construction and scientific and technological development to investigate and study rocks, stratigraphic structures and minerals in a certain region. It is an important basic work of economic and social development, serving all aspects of economic and social development. In recent years, with the increasing energy crisis and the continuous development of geological science, such as deep prospecting, new energy exploration and development, and geoscience exploration, more and more attention has been paid to exploration engineering as an important technology and method of geological resources and geoscience research.
This book consists of eight chapters. The opening introduction briefly introduces the basic situation of geoengineering and mineral exploration, as well as the current situation and trend of the geological exploration industry. After that, it respectively expounds the basic theory of mineral exploration, metallogenic prediction and mineral census, the combination of mineral exploration and exploration, drilling engineering, pit exploration engineering, mineral exploration and high-tech, and the related theory and technology application of replacement resources. It is a rare reference book for geological exploration in China.

地质勘查是以经济建设、国防建设和科学技术发展需要为基础，对某一区域岩石、地层构造、矿产等进行的调查研究工作。它是经济社会发展重要的基础性工作，服务于经济社会的各个方面。近年来，随着能源危机的日益加剧，深部找矿、新能源勘查开发及地球科学探测等地质科学的不断发展，探矿工程作为地质资源与地球科学研究的一项重要技术和方法受到了越来越多的重视。
本书共八章，开篇绪论简单介绍了地质工程学、矿产勘查学基本情况以及地质勘查行业现状与趋势，后分别阐述矿产勘查基本理论、成矿预测与矿产普查、矿床勘探与探采结合、钻探工程、坑探工程、矿产勘查与高新技术以及接替资源的相关理论与技术应用，是我国地质勘探方面不可多得的工具书。
Sheng-Jun Zhang, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Gaolan County, Gansu Province in September 1986. He graduated from Xi’an University of Science and Technology in geological engineering. He has been engaged in the northwest regional geological survey for a long time, and has successively completed a number of regional geological survey, mineral geological survey, mineral resource reserve verification and hydrological, engineering and environmental geological survey projects. In 2012, he completed the four regional survey projects of Tanggula Mountain, making outstanding contributions to the geological mapping of blank areas in China; in 2019, he completed the disaster geological survey in southern Shaanxi, providing important geological basis for the geological disaster areas in Shaanxi Province.
张生军，男，汉族， 1986 年 9 月生，甘肃皋兰人，大学本科，毕业于西安科技大学地质工程专业。长期从事西北区域地质调查工作，先后完成多个区域地质调查、矿产地质调查、 矿产资源储量核实及水工环调查项目。 其中2012 年完成唐古拉山艰险地区四幅区调项目，为全国空白区地质填图工作做出卓越贡献； 2019 年完成陕南地区灾害地质调查，为陕西省内地质重灾区提供重要地质依据。
Zhen-Feng Cai, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Changan District, Shaanxi Province in December 1985. His major research direction is geological survey and mineral exploration. He has been engaged in geological work for a long time and participated in many regional geological survey and mineral exploration projects. He has successively served as the technical director of the 1:50000 regional survey project in Garidang, Dulan County, Qinghai Province, the 1:50000 regional survey project in Kuerliang, Pishan County, Xinjiang Autonomous Region, Uranium mine investigation project in Yaodong Mountain - Ela Mountain, Qinghai Province. He presided over and completed the field implementation of the project and preparation of the result report.
蔡振锋，男，汉族， 1985 年 12 月生，陕西长安人，本科。主要研究方向为地质调查与矿产勘查，长期投身于地质工作，参与完成多个区调及矿产勘查项目，先后担任青海都兰县尕日当 1∶ 5 万四幅区调项目技术负责、新疆皮山县库尔良 1∶ 5 万四幅区调项目负责，青海窑洞山-鄂拉山铀矿调查项目技术负责，主持完成项目野外实施及成果报告编写工作。
Fu-Yi Yao, male, the Han nationality, born in Pizhou City, Jiangsu Province in October in 1982. He graduated from East China University of Technology in resource prospecting engineering. After graduation, he has been engaged in metal mineral exploration and participated in and presided over many metal mineral exploration work. He presided over and completed the pre inspection project of Shenjiaping magnetite in Xixiang County, Shaanxi Province; the pre inspection project of Zhangjiahe gold mine in Mianxian County, Shaanxi Province; the pre inspection project of gold polymetallic ore in Longranjiarigou area in Qumalai County, Qinghai Province; the pre inspection project of copper nickel polymetallic ore in Ulanko area in Dulan County, Qinghai Province. In 2016, he won the First Prize of Technical Competition of “Geological Survey Cup” of SINO Shaanxi Nuclear Industry Group.
姚夫义，男，汉族， 1982 年 10 月生，江苏省邳州市人，毕业于东华理工大学资源勘查工程专业，毕业后一直从事金属矿产勘查工作，参与、主持多个金属矿勘查工作。主持完成陕西省西乡县沈家坪磁铁矿预查项目、陕西省勉县张家河金矿预查项目、青海省曲麻莱县龙然加日苟地区金多金属矿预查项目、青海省都兰县乌兰可地区铜镍多金属矿预查项目。 2016 年荣获中陕核工业集团公司“地调杯”技术比武一等奖。
