With the rapid development of China’s economy, the scale of construction projects is expanding day by day, showing the trend of vigorous development. From the perspective of construction industry, improving the technical level and professional skills of construction personnel can effectively improve product quality and social benefits. Improving their own technical level and professional skills, especially the operation level of some key technologies, can greatly improve labor productivity. At the same time of reducing labor intensity, it can speed up the project progress and reduce the occurrence of accidents. Therefore, the improvement of professional level of construction personnel is the key point in the construction industry. Due to the rapid development of the domestic construction market, new materials continue to emerge, and quality problems follow. As the saying goes, engineering quality is a hundred year plan, which is not only related to the healthy, sustainable and stable development of national economy, but also related to the safety of people’s life and property. Therefore, quality safety and equipment maintenance are our principles.
The relevant national departments attach great importance to the construction engineering, and have revised and updated the relevant industry codes and standards. For this reason, we have compiled the monograph “Installation and Maintenance of HVAC Equipment” according to these codes and standards and combined with practical work experience. But in recent years, with the rapid development of the domestic construction market, new materials, new processes and new technologies continue to emerge. But behind the development and innovation, the quality problem is prominent. Quality problems are often developed due to small mistakes or mistakes in key technologies. As the saying goes, engineering quality has a long history. It is not only related to the healthy, sustainable and stable development of the national economy, but also related to the safety of people’s lives and property. Therefore, we must adhere to quality first.

随着我国经济的飞速发展, 建设工程的规模日渐扩大, 呈现出蓬勃发展的趋势。从建设行业的角度来说,提高施工人员的技术水平和专业技能,可以有效的提高产品质量和社会效益。提高自身的技术水平和专业技能,特别是一些关键技术的操作水平,可以大大提升劳动生产率、在降低劳动强度的同时可以加快工程进度、减少事故的发生。因此,施工人员的专业水平提高是建设行业中的重点。由于国内建筑市场发展迅速,新型材料不断产生,质量问题随之而来。俗话说工程质量百年大计,它不仅关系着国民经济的健康、持续、稳定的发展,更关系着人民生命、财产的安全,因此,质量安全与设备维护是我们的坚持原则。
国家相关部门对建筑工程十分重视,陆续修订并更新了相关的行业规范和标准。为此我们根据这些规范和标准,结合实际工作经验编写了《暖通空调设备安装与维护》这一专著。但是近几年来,国内建筑市场发展迅速,新材料、新工艺、新技术不断涌现。但是在发展与创新背后,质量问题凸显出来。质量问题往往都是由于细小差错或关键技术的失误发展而成,俗话说工程质量百年大计,它不仅关系着国民经济的健康、持续、稳定的发展,更关系着人民生命、财产的安全,所以我们必须坚持质量第一。
Xiao-Hui Gao, male, the Han nationality, master of engineering, senior engineer, expert in energy field of civil aviation airport, born in Raoyang County, Hebei Province in April 1982. He presided over the drafting of the civil aviation standard MH / T 5112 “Guide to the Evaluation of the Efficiency of Civil Airport Terminals” and MH / T 5113 “Specification for the Allocation of Energy and Resource Measuring Instruments of Civil Airports”. He has undertaken the research task of the subproject “Key Technology and Demonstration of Energy Conservation in Public Transport Hub Building” under the national key research and development plan of the 13th five year plan. He participated in the research of “Research and Development and Application of Airport Energy Management System (AEMS)” and won the second prize of civil aviation science and technology awarded by China Civil Aviation Administration and China Air Transport Association.
高晓辉,男,汉族, 1982 年 4 月出生,河北饶阳人,工程硕士,高级工程师,民航机场能源领域专家。主持起草了民航标准 MH/T 5112《民用机场航站楼能效评价指南》和 MH/T 5113《民用机场能源资源计量器具配备规范》,承担了“十三五”国家重点研发计划“公共交通枢纽建筑节能关键技术与示范”子课题研究任务,参与研究的“机场能源管理系统(AEMS)研发与应用”荣获中国民用航空局、中国航空运输协会颁发的“民航科学技术二等奖”。
