Preface

The rational development and utilization of water resources have a positive effect on national stability, social progress, and economic development. With the development of social economy, the water resources and water ecological problems faced by water conservancy construction and urbanization are increasingly causing people’s concern. How to scientifically and sustainably develop and utilize water resources, protect and repair weak water ecosystems, has become a global problem to be overcome.

This book begins with a brief introduction to the basic situation and protection of water and water resources. It is divided into six chapters to explain hydrology, water resources, water resources management and the basic theories and technologies of its development and utilization, and water ecosystems protection & restoration technology, and specific restoration & protection methods of groundwater ecosystems for rivers, lakes, wetlands and desert lake basins area, and provide theoretical and technical guidance for the further development of water resources development and utilization as well as water ecology research in China, and make outstanding contributions to the sustainable development of water conservancy and water ecology.


前言

水资源的合理开发与利用对于国家稳定、社会进步、经济发展具有积极的推动作用,而随着社会经济的发展,水利建设与城市化进程中所面临的水资源与水生态问题也日益引起人们的关注。如何科学合理可持续的开发利用水资源,保护和修复已薄弱的水生态系统,成为目前世界性需要克服的难题。

本书开篇简单介绍水与水资源的基本情况与保护概况,后分为六大章分别阐述了水文、水资源、水资源管理及其开发利用的基础理论与技术,水生态系统保护与修复技术以及特意针对河流、湖泊、湿地与沙漠湖盆区地下水生态系统修复与保护方法,为我国水资源开发利用与水生态研究的进一步发展提供理论与技术指导,为水利水生态的可持续发展做出突出贡献。

Editor-in-Chief

Ning Li, Master’s Degree, graduated from North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power in 2006. She has engaged in hydrology and water resources research and management. She has published several papers on hydrology and water resources engineering. In 2011, the subject of "Study on Water Quality Model of Suya Lake" that she participated in won the second prize of progress in science and technology of in Zhumadian City, Henan Province. In September 2014, the project "Study on Rational Development and Allocation of Water Resources in Zhumadian City" that she participated in won the first prize of progress in science and technology of in Zhumadian City, Henan Province.


李宁,硕士,2006年毕业于华北水利水电大学,从事水文及水资源研究与管理方面的工作。工作至今,曾发表水文及水资源工程专业相关论文多篇。2011年参与的“宿鸭湖水质模型研究”课题荣获河南省驻马店市科技进步二等奖。2014年9月参与的“驻马店市水资源合理开发与配置研究”项目荣获河南省驻马店市科技进步一等奖。
