Preface

China’s rapid economic development, followed by the pursuit of improving the standard of basic living, including transportation. The development of economy is bound to improve the requirements of transportation. The technical core of BIM is rich in engineering information. At each stage, the owner (construction party), design, construction, operation and other relevant participants can exchange information and work together based on BIM model, effectively improving work efficiency, saving resource investment and reducing cost loss, so as to achieve the overall goal of sustainable development of construction industry. Compared with general public buildings, urban rail transit projects have higher social attention and greater social responsibility for the construction and operation parties, so it is more necessary to pay attention to the improvement of construction and operation level. Especially with the rapid development of domestic urban rail transit construction in recent years, a certain number of new lines are put into operation every year, no matter in design, construction, construction and operation management, there is a shortage of access resources, especially for experienced managers. How to improve “efficiency” under the premise of ensuring the construction period, quality and safety is a major problem to be solved urgently. In contrast, urban rail transit engineering has many engineering characteristics or difficulties, such as large scale, many specialties, small space, long construction period, tight equipment installation and commissioning time, high requirements for operation and management level. In this context, the application of BIM Technology can more reflect its great application value.


前 言

我国经济快速发展,随之而来的是对基本生活的水平追求提高。其中就包括交通方面,经济的发展势必会对交通的要求提高, BIM 的技术核心具有丰富的工程信息,在每个阶段,业主(建设方)、设计、施工、运营等相关参与各方人员均可基于BIM 模型进行信息交换和协同工作,有效提高工作效率、节省资源投入、降低成本损耗,进而实现建设行业可持续发展的总体目标。与一般公共建筑相比,城市轨道交通工程的社会关注度更高,建设及运营方所需担负的社会责任更大,因此更需关注建设及运营水平的提升。特别是随着近年来国内城市轨道交通建设的高速发展,每年都有一定数量的新建线路投入运营,不论是设计、施工,还是建设.运营管理都已呈现出人力资源紧张的局面,特别是对于富有经验的管理人员缺口更大。如何在确保工期、质量、安全的前提下,提升“效率”是各方亟待解决的重大问题。与之相对,城市轨道交通工程具有规模大、专业多、空间小、建设周期长、设备安装调试时间紧、运营管理水平要求高等诸多工程特点或称为难点,在此背景下, BIM 技术的应用就更能够体现出其巨大的应用价值。

Hui-Feng Su, male, born in September 1978. He is a teacher in College of Transportation of Shandong University of Science and Technology. He is also a mater tutor. He graduated from bridge and tunnel engineering major of Beijing Jiaotong University with doctor’s degree. In recent years, he has published more than 20 scientific research and teaching papers as the first author or corresponding author including 10 indexed by SCI and EI. He participated in and completed 2 projects of NSFC. Based on the specific projects of Daxi passenger dedicated line, Shanghai TongZhou railway, Zhengzhou Wanzhou high speed railway, Menghua railway, Beijing Metro, Changchun Metro and Qingdao metro, he presided over 10 horizontal subjects. He won 2 Second Prize of Science and Technology Award of China Association of Construction Enterprise Management and 2 Science and Technology Progress Award of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited.

苏会锋,男, 1978 9 月生,山东科技大学交通学院教师,硕士生导师,博士毕业于北京交通大学桥梁与隧道工程专业,近年来以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表科研及教学论文 20 余篇,其中 SCIEI 检索 10 余篇;参与完成国家自然基金项目 2 项,依托大西客运专线、沪通铁路、郑万高铁、蒙华铁路、北京地铁、长春地铁及青岛地体等具体工程项目主持横向课题 10 项, 获得中国施工企业协会科学技术奖二等奖2 项,中铁建总公司科技进步奖 2 项。
