With the rapid development of economy, road and bridge has become an important carrier in the economic development of our country, which has a very important relationship with people’s travel directly. Municipal roads and bridges are the carriers to ensure the smooth travel of urban residents, which is of great significance for the development of the city. With the rapid development of current construction technology, different construction technologies will be adopted according to different structures in the construction of municipal road and bridge projects. However, no matter what construction technology is adopted, it is necessary to comply with the current engineering construction standards and ensure the quality of the project. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the construction management level of municipal road and bridge projects in this case.
At the same time, in urban construction, urban economic construction and residents’living standards should be improved through the construction of municipal water supply and drainage projects, and urban infrastructure has gradually improved because of reasonable planning and construction. Therefore, in the construction of water supply and drainage projects, the most critical is management. In the construction of the project, whether the expected goal of construction management can be achieved or not will definitely affect the overall function of the water supply and drainage project. Therefore, it is particularly important to enhance the management of municipal water supply and drainage project construction.
This book will elaborate on municipal road, bridge design based on life-cycle idea, bridge engineering construction, bridge detection and maintenance technology, municipal water supply and drainage engineering, etc.

随着经济的快速发展，道路桥梁已成为我国经济发展中的重要载体，直接与人们出行有着十分重要的关系。市政道路桥梁是保证城市居民得以顺利出行的载体，对于城市的发展有着十分重要的意义。当前施工技术的快速发展，在市政道路桥梁工程施工时会根据结构的不同而采取不同的施工技术，但无论采取何种施工技术，都要符合现行的工程建设标准规定，确保工程的质量，所以在这种情况下，加强市政道路桥梁工程的施工管理水平是十分必要的。
同时，在城市建设的时候，城市经济建设和居民生活水平要通过市政给排水工程的建设来提高，城市基础设施因为合理规划和建设也渐渐的提高了。所以，在给排水项目施工的时候，最为关键的就是管理。在项目施工中，可不可以达到施工管理的预期目标，肯定会影响到给排水项目整体功能的有效发挥。所以，增强市政给排水项目施工的管理是特别重要的。
本书将通过对市政道路、基于全寿命思想的桥梁设计、桥梁工程施工、桥梁的检测与养护技术、市政给排水工程等方面进行一定的阐述。
Li-Wen Fang, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, senior engineer, born in Shaanxi Province in September 1968. He has been engaged in municipal construction. In 2006, he won the honorary title of Excellent Project Manager in Henan Province. In 2016, he serves as the project manager of Luoyang City East Ring Road construction engineering and it won the Gold Cup Award of municipal engineering in Henan Province. He obtained the utility model patent of “Scaffold Mechanism for Convenient Transportation of Equipment” and “A Low Temperature Dustproof Cutting Machine for Municipal Engineering”.
房立文，男，汉族， 1968 年 9 月生，陕西人，本科学历，高级工程师，一直从事市政建设。 2006 年获得河南省优秀项目经理荣誉称号； 2016 年其任项目经理的洛阳市东环路建设工程荣获河南市政工程金杯奖；获“方便运输器材的脚手架机构”实用新型专利。获“一种市政工程用低温防尘切割机”实用新型专利。
Gui-Ying Huang, male, the Han nationality, senior engineer, born in Heze City, Shandong Province in March 1980. He is the vice president of Municipal Engineering Design Institute. In June 2003, he graduated from Engineering Corps Command Institute. In December 2016, he obtained his master degree in computer technology engineering in Qingdao University of Science and Technology. He has been engaged in the design, operation and management of municipal infrastructure for a long time. He has professional skills and can solve important technical problems. He presided over the design and implementation of several key municipal projects in Heze City. He led many engineers and senior engineers of the design institute to provide great technical support for the decision-making of municipal leaders, and was employed as a member of Heze Municipal Planning Committee by Heze government in September 2018.
黄贵营，男，汉族， 1980 年 3 月生，山东菏泽人，市政工程设计院副院长、高级工程师。 2003 年 6 月毕业工程兵指挥学院土木工程， 2016 年 12 月获得青岛科技大学计算机技术工程硕士学位。长期从事城市市政基础设施的设计、运行管理研究，有丰富的专业技术， 能够解决重大技术问题。 主持设计实施菏泽市多个重点市政项目，带领设计院多位工程师、高级工程师为市领导决策提供很大的技术支持， 2018 年 9月被菏泽政府聘为菏泽市规划委员会成员。
