Preface
The development level of animal husbandry determines the development level of agriculture in a country. In recent years, the development of animal husbandry in China is very rapid, the total output of animal products is also on the rise, the per capita share has been greatly improved, the supply of animal products from the beginning in short supply,has changed into supply over demand, the production structure has been further optimized, animal husbandry has become the pillar industry of China’s agriculture and rural economy, and also it is the main way for farmers to get rich. However, in the past two years, due to the continuous decline of macro-economy, rising feed prices, animal epidemic prevention and control, food safety and other factors, coupled with the reduction of breeding profits, and the weak risk of prevention and control of farmers, the stable development of animal husbandry in China has been repeatedly frustrated in a downturn, the market of animal products has fallen into a trough, and the farmers have suffered losses seriously.
Therefore, this book gives a detailed description of animal husbandry and disease control from six chapters, hoping to promote the development and progress of animal husbandry in China.
前 言
畜牧养殖业的发展水平决定了一个国家农业的发达程度。我国近些年畜牧养殖业发展十分迅速， 畜产品的总产量也正在呈上升趋势， 人均占有量得到了很大提高，畜产品的供应从一开始的供不应求，已经转变成了供大于求，生产结构得到了进一步的优化，畜牧养殖业已经成为了我国农业以及农村经济的支柱产业，同时也是农民致富的主要途径。可是在近两年，由于受到了宏观经济不断下滑、饲料价格不断上涨、动物疫情防控及食品安全等因素的影响，再加上养殖利润一度缩减、养殖户的防控风险较弱，使得我国畜牧养殖业的稳定发展屡遭挫折，一度出现低迷状态，畜产品的市场陷入了低谷，养殖户的亏损现象较为严重。
因此，本书从六章内容对畜牧养殖与疫病防治进行详细的叙述，希望能够推动
我国畜牧业的发展与进步。
Xian-Ming Feng, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, senior veterinarian, born in November 1972 in Linzhou City, Henan Province. He is the director of the Animal Epidemic Prevention and Control Center of The Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau of Linzhou City. He has been working in the front line of animal epidemic prevention and control for a long time, with solid theoretical knowledge and rich clinical experience. In the long-term practical work, he studied theoretical knowledge diligently, summarized various technical problems encountered in practice. He published more than 10 technical
papers on animal epidemic prevention and control and 2 monographs. He has presided over 6 scientific research achievements and 3 national invention patents.
冯现明，男，汉族， 1972 年 11 月生，河南省林州市人，本科学历，高级兽医师，现任林州市农业农村局动物疫病预防控制中心主任， 长期在动物疫病防控一线工作，具有扎实的理论知识和丰富的临床经验。在长期的实践工作中，他孜孜不倦地学习理论知识，总结实践中遇到的各种技术问题，发表动物疫病防控方面技术论文 10
余篇；出版专著 2 本；主持科研成果 6 个，国家发明专利 3 项。
Yong-Jie Yan, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, animal husbandry, born in April 1979 in Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province. He graduated from School of Agriculture and Biology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University in July 2003. Now he works in Zhaoyuan Zhang Xing Veterinary Station Song Jia Branch. He engaged in animal and poultry breeding service for 18 years at the grass-roots level, so he accumulated rich practical experience in livestock and poultry breeding.
闫永杰，男，汉族， 1979 年 4 月生，山东省招远市人，中共党员，大学本科学历，学士学位，畜牧师， 2003 年 7 月毕业于上海交通大学农业与生物学院，现就职于招远市张星兽医站宋家分站，在基层从事畜禽养殖服务工作十八年，在畜禽养殖方面积累了丰富的实践经验。
Li-Quan Xian, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, senior inspector, born in March 1972, Zhaoqing City,Guangdong Province. He was engaged in veterinary technical work in pig farms, chicken farms and slaughterhouses and now he is the vice stationmaster in Xiaoxiang Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Station, Gaoyao District, Zhaoqing City. He is responsible for the management of animal husbandry and veterinary, animal epidemic prevention, cure the disease, often involves in livestock and poultry field work. He published more than 10 papers, and was awarded Second and Third Prizes and Excellence Awards of Municipal Natural Science Papers Selection. He is the expert of Zhaoqing science and Technology Bureau, expert of database of Science and Technology Association, experts of on-site audit of production license of feed and feed additive in Guangdong Province, and also the member of provincial society of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine association.
冼理权，男，汉族， 1972 年 3 月生，广东省肇庆市人，本科学历，高级兽医师，曾在猪场、鸡场和屠宰场从事兽医技术工作，现于肇庆市高要区小湘镇畜牧兽医站工作，任副站长，负责畜牧兽医管理、动物防疫工作，经常参与畜禽场的防病治病工作，发表论文 10 多篇，曾荣获市自然科学论文评选二、三等奖和优秀奖，是肇庆市科技局、 科协专家库专家、 广东省饲料和饲料添加剂生产许可现场审核专家库专家，省畜牧兽医学会会员。
