Civil building construction management is an important work in the process of civil building construction. It is necessary for the corresponding civil building construction managers to formulate corresponding management plans according to the needs of construction. On the basis of guaranteeing the quality of civil building construction, the corresponding construction speed can be improved so as to realize the socialist modernization in China. With the rapid development of civil architecture, it also brings a lot of problems. In the process of the development of civil architecture in China, the quality of construction project is always the most important issue. Without the guarantee of quality, the value of civil buildings will lose its rule and value. From the current situation of our country, there are still some problems that need to be improved and solved urgently in this field. 民用建筑施工管理是民用建筑施工过程中的一项重要工作,需要相应的民用建筑施工管理人员根据建筑施工的需要制定相应的管理计划,在保证民用建筑施工质量的基础上,来提高相应的施工速度,从而实现我国社会主义现代化建设的推进和建筑行业的发展。但随着民用建筑的迅猛发展,也带来了很多的“幸福”和“烦恼”。在我国民用建筑的发展进程中,施工工程质量始终是最重要的课题,失去了质量的保证,民用建筑的价值必然是无从谈起。从目前我国的情况看,民用建筑施工质量仍然存在一些亟需改进和解决的问题,这不仅需要施工方、建筑承包单位和直接责任人的努力,更需要社会各界参与和帮助。本书从十二章内容着手,强抓施工质量和实时把控施工过程,以加强我国民用建筑施工质量管理,提升民用建筑的施工质量。
Jun-Wei Han, male, born in December 1976, Baoding, Hebei. He is a senior engineer, and has been working for the Concrete Branch of Hebei Construction Group Corporation Limited since 2001, mainly engaging in trial mixing, design, transportation and other management work of premixed concrete.
韩军卫,男,1976年12月出生,河北省保定市人,高级工程师,2001年至今在河北建设集团股份有限公司混凝土分公司从事工程技术及管理工作,主要从事预拌混凝土的试配、设计,运输等管理工作。
Kong-Jin Xie, male, the Han nationality, born on May 17, 1974, Shan County, Shandong Province. He is a senior engineer with the rank of a professor. He began to work in September 1997, and now is the chief engineer of Shandong Zhengyuan Geological Exploration Company Limited. Meanwhile, he has the certification of National Registered Civil Engineer (Geotechnical), National First-Class Registered Constructor, Registered Supervision Engineer, Registered Safety Engineer, and is the bid evaluation expert of construction engineering of Shandong province. He has won 24 provincial and ministerial excellent engineering award, 4 excellent QC achievement, 6 patents, the first honorary title of “Jinan Outstanding Young Survey designer” and published more than 30 papers, participated in the compilation of 4 monographs and 7 local standards of Shandong province.
谢孔金,男,汉族,1974年5月17日出生,山东省单县人,硕士,教授级高级工程师,1997年9月参加工作,现任山东正元地质资源勘查有限责任公司总工程师。国家注册土木工程师(岩土)、一级注册建造师、注册监理工程师、注册安全工程师,山东省建设工程评标专家。获省部级优秀工程奖24项、优秀QC成果4项,专利6项,发表论文30余篇,参编专著4部,参编山东省地方标准7部,荣获首届“济南市优秀青年勘察设计师”荣誉称号。
Jie Liu, male, born in November 1980, Shangqiu, Henan, National First-Class Registered Constructor. He graduated from Civil Engineering Department of Henan Polytechnic University in July 2005, then successively worked for the China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Company Limited, Central China of Henan and Construction Engineering Quality Supervision Station, and engaged in the construction, supervision and management of constructional projects in a long time. He presided many large and medium-sized projects, cooperated twice times with universities on the research of new constructional materials and technologies. Due to his years of unremitting efforts in construction engineering, he has been repeatedly awarded the provincial quality structure, provincial demonstration projects and other honors and national patents.
刘杰,男,1980年11月生,汉族,河南省商丘市人,2005年7月毕业于河南理工大学土木工程学院,国家注册一级建造师(建筑工程、市政公用工程),先后在中建二局、河南建业集团及建设工程质量监督站工作,长期从事建筑工程的施工、监督和管理工作,主持多项大中型项目建设,并两次与高校合作研发建筑工程新材料新工艺。由于在建筑工程上多年的不懈努力,先后多次获得省优质结构、省示范性工程等荣誉和国家发明专利。
