The development of green circular modern agriculture is an important basis for adhering to people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, an important measure for building a harmonious society, an important content for building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society, an important way to realize the rejuvenation of agriculture through science and education and the construction of an innovative country, and an important guarantee for building a well-off society and a new socialist countryside in an all-round way.
Agricultural mechanization is an important part of agricultural engineering and an important symbol of agricultural modernization. Without agricultural mechanization, therecan be no agricultural modernization. To realize agricultural mechanization is to equip agriculture with all kinds of power machinery and its supporting operating machinery in agricultural production, to combine mechanical engineering technology with advanced agricultural technology and scientific management of agricultural system, to serve the agricultural production process, to greatly improve agricultural labor productivity, cost saving and efficiency, and to improve resource utilization; the realization of agricultural mechanization requires not only the availability of suitable machinery technically, but also the social and economic conditions for the use of machinery. Agricultural mechanization involves the mechanization of planting, animal husbandry, forestry, rural industry and sideline and fishery, and its service field will expand with the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure and the development of production. Agricultural mechanization engineering technology will provide methods, means, management and services for the gradual realization of machine operation in all links of agricultural production process, including the design, research and development of various agricultural machinery, equipment and facilities, and the design, implementation and operation of various agricultural mechanization schemes. Agricultural mechanization engineering technology is not machinery, but the combination of agricultural machinery and agronomy, technology and economy, technology and management.

发展绿色循环现代农业是坚持以人为本,全面、协调可持续发展的重要基础,是构建和谐社会的重要举措,是建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的重要内容,是实现科教兴农和建设创新型国家的重要途径,是全面建设小康社会、建设社会主义新农村的重要保证。
农业机械化是农业工程的一个重要组成部分,是农业现代化的重要标志,没有农业机械化,就不可能有农业现代化。实现农业机械化就是要在农业生产中,用各种动力机械及其配套的作业机械装备农业,以机械工程技术与先进的农艺技术和农业系统科学经营管理密切结合, 为农业生产过程服务, 大幅度提高农业劳动生产率,节本增效,改善资源利用率;实现农业机械化,既要求技术上能提供适用的机械,又要求有使用机械的社会经济条件。农业机械化涉及种植业、畜牧业、林业、农村工副业和渔业等方面的机械化,其服务领域将随着农业产业结构的调整和生产的发展而扩大。农业机械化工程技术,将为农业生产过程的各个环节中逐步实现机器操作提供方法和手段、管理与服务,其中包括各种农业机械、设备、设施的设计、研制和开发,各种农业机械化方案的设计、实施和操作。农业机械化工程技术不是就机械论机械,而是要充分考虑农机与农艺的结合、技术与经济的结合技术与管理的结合。

吴航,男,汉族, 1975 年 10 月生,辽宁北票人,大学本科学历,中共党员,中级工程师。 1998 年 8 月至 2006 年 2 月,在辽宁省北票市农机校工作,任教师。 2006年至今在辽宁省北票市职教中心工作,任教师。
Bao-Ku Zhang, male, the Han nationality, born in Youyi County, Helongjiang Province in November 1978. In 1998, he was admitted to Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University, majoring in mechanical design, manufacturing and automation. In 2002, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in engineering. From July 2002 to July 2006, worked as a technician in Qiqihar Vehicle Factory of CNR group; From July 2006 to December 2010, he worked in Harbin Agricultural Mechanization Research Institute and was promoted to engineer in 2007; since December 2010, he has worked in Harbin Academy of Agricultural Sciences. In 2014, he was promoted to senior engineer and majored in agricultural machinery engineering. He has published 12 related professional papers, 2 invention patents and 15 utility model patents.
张宝库,男,汉族, 1978 年 11 月生,黑龙江友谊县人。 1998 年考入黑龙江八一农垦大学机械设计制造及其自动化专业, 2002 年毕业并获得工学学士学位。 2002 年 7月至 2006 年 7 月就职于北车集团齐齐哈尔车辆厂,任技术员; 2006 年 7 月至 2010年 12 月就职于哈尔滨市农业机械化研究所,其 2007 年晋级工程师; 2010 年 12 月
至今就职于哈尔滨市农业科学院, 2014 年晋级高级工程师,农机工程专业。发表相关专业论文 12 篇、发明专利 2 项、实用新型专利 15 项。
