Preface

Building electrical technology is an interdisciplinary and comprehensive technical subject which creates, maintains and improves people’s living or working environment by means of electric energy, electronics, electrical equipment and electrical technology. It is the organic combination of strong electricity and weak electricity with specific buildings.
As a professional, building electrical system has developed from nothing, and developed from simple to complex. And now it has included many systems including strong and weak electricity. Besides, with the development of science and technology, and its application in the construction industry, the functional electrical of integrated weak current project is advancing rapidly. Especially in recent years, with the rise of green building and intelligent building, modern computer technology, modern control technology, network technology and modern communication technology have been widely used in the field of building electrical, making the building more energy-saving, environmental protection and safety. In the engineering practice, with the continuous exposed problems and the process of solving the problems, the building electrical will become more and more mature and perfect; while avoiding the waste caused by the secondary investment, it will move towards specialization, normalization and standardization.

This book discusses the electrical overview of building, installation and selection of electrical equipment, building power supply and distribution system, design and construction of building electrical engineering, management technology of building engineering, etc.

前言

建筑电气技术是以电能、电子、电气设备及电气技术为手段来创造、维持和改善人民居住或工作的生活环境的电、光、声、冷和暖环境的一门跨学科的综合性的技术学科。它是强电和弱电与具体建筑的有机结合。
建筑电气作为一个专业，从无到有，由简单到复杂，发展到如今已经囊括了兼之强电和弱电在内的多个系统，并且随着一 IT 也为龙头的科学技术的发展，及其在建筑业的应用，综合弱电项目的职能电气更是突飞猛进。特别是近年来绿色建筑、智能建筑的兴起，使得现代计算机技术、现代控制技术、网络技术和现代通信技术在建筑电气领域取得了广泛的应用，使得建筑更加节能、环保，安全。在工程实践中，伴随着不断暴露的问题和解决问题的过程，建筑电气必将日趋成熟和发展健全；在避免二次投资造成浪费的同时，走向专业化、正规化和规范化。
本书对建筑电气概述、电气设备安装与选择、建筑供配电系统、建筑电气工程设计与施工、建筑工程管理技术等方面进行了一定的论述。

曾波

Bo Zeng, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree of engineering, born in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province in March 1982. In 2008, he graduated from China Three Gorges University in the major of automation. Now he works as an overseas business manager in State Grid International Development Co., Ltd., and was responsible for the construction and operation and maintenance of HVDC UHV. He has successively participated in the construction and operation and maintenance of five DC projects. He has published dozens of papers and several patented technologies.

曾波，男，汉族， 1982 年 3 月生，四川成都人， 2008 年毕业于三峡大学自动化专业，本科学历，工学学位，现于国网国际发展有限公司任职海外业务经理职位，负责直流特高压的建设和运维工作，前后参与了五个直流工程的建设和运维，发表数十篇论文，拥有数项专利技术。

常学生

Xue-Sheng Chang, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, senior project manager, registered supervision engineer, born in Gaotai County, Gansu Province in August 1978. He has been engaged in project management for 16 years. He has successively won many titles such as “Excellent Project Manager of Engineering Project Management and General Contracting in Coal Industry (the first one in 2014)”, “May 1st Labor Medal of Wuhan City”, “Young Post Expert of Wuhan City”, etc. His team won the title of “2011-2012 National Youth Safety Production Demonstration Post”. His projects have won the National Excellent General Contracting Gold Award for Coal Industry, the 7th Silver Key Award for National Survey and Design Industry, and the Coal Industry Quality Engineering Award (Sun cup) for many times.

常学生，男，汉族， 1978 年 8 月生，甘肃高台县人，本科学历，高级项目经理，注册监理工程师。从事工程项目管理工作 16 年，先后荣获“煤炭行业工程项目管理和工程总承包优秀项目经理（2014 年首届）”、“武汉市五一劳动奖章”、“武汉市青年岗位能手”等多项荣誉；带领团队荣获“2011-2012 年度全国青年安全生产示范岗”称号；所做项目多次荣获全国煤炭行业优秀工程总承包金奖、全国勘察设计行业第七届银钥匙奖、煤炭行业优质工程奖（太阳杯）。

张朋

Peng Zhang, male, the Han nationality, born in Linqu County, Shandong Province in June 1985. He graduated from Qingdao University of Technology with a bachelor’s degree. He has been engaged in the construction management of construction and installation projects for many years. He has participated in the construction and excellence creation of many large projects, including Sunshine Building Project (rated as “National High Quality Project”) and main building project of outpatient complex building of Weifang Traditional Chinese Hospital (rated as “Luban Award”).

张朋，男，汉族， 1985 年 6 月出生，山东临朐人，青岛理工大学本科毕业。常年从事建筑安装工程施工管理工作。曾参与多个大型工程的建设及创优工作，代表工程有阳光大厦工（被评为“国家优质工程”）、潍坊市中医院门诊综合楼主楼工程（被评为“鲁班奖”）。
