Preface

This book reflects the new materials, new technologies and new processes that the Ministry of construction focuses on; it is compiled in close combination with the standards, specifications and procedures of building materials, building structure design and construction quality acceptance of building installation in recent years; and it adds the content of building monitoring and supervision according to the requirements of national construction quality acceptance specifications.
There are seven chapters in this book, including the history of building development, construction method management, construction measurement management, construction risk management, construction quality management, construction progress management, construction supervision management, etc. Therefore, the author hopes this book can help the construction engineers and construction technicians to carry out the project smoothly.

前言

反映了建设部重点推广的新材料、新技术、新工艺；紧密结合近年来建筑材料、建筑结构设计、建筑安装施工质量验收等标准、规范、规程进行编写；根据国家施工质量验收规范要求，增加了建筑监测和监理等内容。
本书主要有七章内容，分别有建筑发展历史、建筑施工方法管理、建筑施工测量管理、建筑施工风险管理、建筑施工质量管理、建筑施工进度管理、建筑施工监理管理等。因此，希望本书能够有助于建筑工程师和施工技术人员项目的顺利开展。

曹明东

Ming-Dong Cao, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, engineer, born in Shanghai City in April 1983. At present, he is a management engineer of whole process engineering consulting project and has been engaged in the whole process of project management in the construction industry for a long time. He has successively served as project technical director and regional manager of the company, and has rich experience in enterprise management and engineering technology management.

曹明东，男，汉族， 1983 年 4 月生，上海人，本科学历，工程师职称，现任全过程工程咨询项目管理工程师，长期从事建筑行业全过程项目管理工作，历任公司项目技术负责人、区域经理。在企业管理和工程技术管理方面有丰富的经验。

吴江

Jiang Wu, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Jingyu County, Jilin Province in October 1986. He has won the First Prize of provincial and ministerial QC, the Guangzhou Jinshazhou Community he participated in won the “2013 Guangzhou Safe and Civilized Construction Model Site”, and the Binhe Business Center Project he participated in won the “2014 Fourth Batch of National Construction Green Construction Demonstration Engineering Bureau Safety Standard Demonstration Project”. He participated in the Book Exhibition Building Project of Shandong publishing group and won the title of “Safe and Civilized Standard Chemical Site for Construction in Shandong Province in 2019”.

吴江，男，汉族， 1986 年 10 月生，吉林靖宇人，本科学历。曾荣获省部级 QC 一等奖，参建的广州金沙洲小区荣获： 2013 年度广州市安全文明施工样板工地，参建的滨河商务中心项目获得： 2014 年第四批全国建筑业绿色施工示范工程局安全达标示范工程，参建的山东出版集团图书展示楼项目获得： 2019 年度山东省建筑施工安全文明标准化工地。

刘军

Jun Liu, male, the Han nationality, college degree, born in Tangyin County, Henan Province in August 1984. At present, he studies in Xi’an Jiaotong University in major of engineering management. He is the manager of the famous real estate cost contract department in Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, and has been awarded “Excellent Worker” for many times. In 2020, he invented the utility patent “A Construction Engineering Management Information Device” and published many papers in many magazines.

刘军，男，汉族， 1984 年 8 月生，河南省汤阴县人，专科学历，目前在读西安交通大学工程管理专业，陕西咸阳知名房地产成本合约部经理，在单位多次评为“优秀工作者”， 2020 年发明实用性专利《一种建筑工程管理信息装置》并在众多杂志公开发表多篇论文。
