Preface

People in daily life and work will be faced with a variety of pain disorders, affecting the normal state of life. Pain medicine has a wide range, the more common ones are head pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, chest and back pain, waist and buttock pain, limb joint pain and various other pain, the vast majority of people have experienced the interference of the above pain. Therefore, it is of great significance for the development of medicine to continuously improve the research of pain medicine, update the examination and evaluation techniques of pain medicine, improve the management mode of pain medicine, and improve the rehabilitation treatment and nursing level of pain medicine, which is also conducive to the physical and mental health of people and the harmonious development of society.

前言

在当今社会中，人们最需要的就是一个健康的身体和心理，但由于各种因素，部分人也会产生各种各样的疾病。且其中部分疾病会使得病人产生剧烈的疼痛感，严重影响了对病人疾病的治疗以及病人的康复生活，甚至还会影响病人的心理健康，产生心理疾病。要想更好的对病人进行治疗，首先就要减轻病人的疼痛感。因此，各种疾病中的疼痛治疗和疼痛康复对病人的治疗有着重要的意义。
人们在日常生活和工作当中会面临着各种疼痛疾病的困扰，影响了正常的生活状态。疼痛医学的范围较广，较为常见的有头部疼痛、颈部疼痛、肩部疼痛、胸背部疼痛、腰臀部疼痛、四肢关节疼痛以及各种其他疼痛，绝大多数人都经历过以上几种疼痛的干扰，因此，不断提高对疼痛医学的研究，更新疼痛医学检查和评定技术方法，改善疼痛医学管理模式，提高疼痛医学的康复治疗和护理水平，对医学的发展有着重要的意义，也有利于人们的身心健康，促进社会的和谐发展。

Xiao-Xiong Zhang, male, the Han nationality, born in Xinhua County, Hunan Province in August 1975. He is now the president of Yueyang 9634 Hospital, the member of Needle Knife Branch of China Association of Chinese Medicine, the vice president of Needle Knife Branch of China Association for The Promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research, the member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese Society of Neck and Back Pain Physicians, the standing committee and secretary general of Acupotomology Branch of Hunan Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the vice president and secretary general of Minimally Invasive Branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Hunan Province. He is good at the combination of Chinese and Western medicine. He has a deep research in the field of burn and bone injury, pain rehabilitation, and health care of traditional Chinese medicine. He has rich experience in the treatment of traumatic fracture, large area burn, neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain, hemiplegia, leg ulcer, bedsore and various difficult and miscellaneous diseases.

张小雄，男，汉族， 1975 年 8 月生，湖南新化人。现任岳阳市 9634 医院院长，兼任中华中医药学会针刀分会委员、中国中医药研究促进会针刀分会副会长、中华颈腰痛医师学会常委、湖南省中医药学会针刀分会常委兼秘书长、湖南省中医微创分会常务副理事长兼秘书长。擅长中西医结合之术，在烧伤骨伤、疼痛康复、中医养生领域有较深入研究，对创伤骨折、大面积烧伤、颈肩腰腿痛、面瘫偏瘫、下肢溃疡、褥疮以及各种疑难杂症的治疗具有丰富经验。

张志明

Zhi-Ming Zhang, male, the Han nationality, born in Fengxin County, Jiangxi Province in July 1974. At present, he is the director of Pain Department of Hunan Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital. He is also the member of Pain Branch of China Association of Chinese Medicine, the member of Needle Knife Branch of China Association of Chinese Medicine, the member of Needle Knife Doctor Branch of Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the vice chairman of Pain Branch of Hunan Acupuncture Association and the vice chairman of Pain Branch of Hunan Health Association. He is good at using minimally invasive intervention technology, small needle knife therapy, balance acupuncture, trigger point technology to treat various chronic pain diseases, and has rich experience in pathological neuralgia, trigeminal neuralgia, post herpes zoster neuralgia, neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain, cancer pain, etc.

张志明，男，汉族， 1974 年 7 月生，江西奉新人。现任湖南省中医药研究院附属医院疼痛科主任，兼任中华中医药学会疼痛分会委员、中华中医药学会针刀分会委员、中华针刀医师学会委员、湖南省针灸学会疼痛分会副主任委员、湖南省健协疼痛分会副理事长。擅长运用微创介入技术、小针刀疗法、调衡针灸、触发点技术治疗各种慢性疼痛类疾病，在病理性神经痛、三叉神经痛、带状疱疹后神经痛、颈肩腰腿痛、癌性疼痛等方面有丰富经验。

周大平

Da-Ping Zhou, male, the Han nationality, born in Shaoyang City, Hunan Province in August 1977. He works in the Acupuncture and Massage Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Traditional Chinese Medical College. He also served as the vice chairman of the Brain Disease Committee of Hunan Acupuncture Association, the standing member of Needle Knife Branch of Hunan Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the member of Hunan Massage Association, and the secretary general of Needle Knife Branch of Zhuzhou Association of Traditional Chinese medicine. He is good at the rehabilitation treatment of cerebrovascular disease, craniocerebral injury and spinal cord injury, orthopedic postoperative symptoms. His treatment method has a unique effect on the treatment of cervical spondylosis, facial neuritis, facial spasm, lumbar disc herniation, sciatica, hypertension, herpes zoster, sports injury, nerve injury and other diseases.

周大平，男，汉族， 1977 年 8 月生，湖南邵阳人。任职于湖南中医药高等专科学校附属第一医院针灸推拿科，兼任湖南省针灸学会脑病专业委员会副主任委员、湖南省中医药学会针刀分会常务委员、湖南省推拿学会委员、株洲市中医药学会针刀分会秘书长。擅长脑血管病、颅脑损伤与脊髓损伤、骨科术后征的康复治疗。对颈椎病、面神经炎、面肌痉挛、腰椎间盘突出症、坐骨神经痛、高血压、带状疱疹、运动损伤、神经损伤等疾病的治疗有独特疗效。
