Preface
In recent years, China's economy has developed rapidly, and people's demand for travel has increased. This also drives the rapid development of China's transportation industry. The number of private cars is increasing, while the contradiction between urban road supply and transportation demand is increasingly acute. Many urban roads and bridges have been difficult to meet the increasing transportation demand. The phenomenon of overload fatigue operation, coupled with the overload of some vehicles, road and bridge disease problems occur from time to time. The occurrence of road and bridge diseases not only shortens its service life, brings enormous economic losses to the country and people, but also lay hidden danger for transportation safety. In recent years, accidents caused by road and bridge collapse have occurred from time to time. Therefore, the construction team must strictly follow the relevant technical standards for construction and strengthen supervision to ensure the quality and safety of the construction. At the same time, we should also strengthen the awareness of environmental protection and avoid serious pollution to the environment during the construction process.

近年来我国经济快速发展，人们对出行的需求越来越多，由此也带动着我国交通事业的快速发展，私人汽车数量的不断增加，而与此同时城市道路供给与运输需求的矛盾也日益尖锐，不少城市的道路桥梁已经很难满足日益增加的运输需求，出现超负荷疲劳运作的现象，加之部分车辆存在超载，道路桥梁病害问题时有发生，路桥病害的发生不仅缩短了其使用寿命，给国家和人民带来巨大的经济损失，还为交通运输安全埋下了隐患，近年来由于路桥坍塌造成的事故也时有发生，因此，施工单位必须严格遵循有关的技术标准进行施工，加强监督，确保施工的质量及安全。在此同时也应该强化环境保护意识，在施工过程中尽量避免对环境造成重大污染。
Pei Wang, male, the Han nationality, bachelor degree, born in Nanyang City of Henan Province in February 1982. He is a constructor, and road & bridge engineer. After graduation in 2005, he worked on road and bridge construction at Beijing Ruitong Road and Bridge Maintenance Center Co., Ltd. Over the years, he has taken root in the grass-roots level, led the project management team to work at the construction front line, solved a series of difficult problems in the process of road and bridge construction, accumulated abundant on-site construction experience. The construction project he participated in won the Beijing Municipal Infrastructure Great Wall Cup Award.
王培，男，汉族，1982年2月出生，河南省南阳市人，大学本科学历，注册一级建造师，道桥工程师。2005年毕业后于北京路桥瑞通养护中心有限公司从事道路与桥梁施工工作。多年来，扎根基层，带领项目管理团队奋战于施工建设一线，解决了道路桥梁施工过程中一系列疑难问题，积累了丰富的现场施工经验，参建项目多次荣获北京市市政基础设施长城杯奖项。
Xin-Ji Bi, male, the Han nationality, born in Baoding City of Hebei Province in April 1988. He is a constructor, A quantity surveyor and road & bridge engineer. In 2011, he graduated from City College of Hebei University of Technology, majoring in surveying and mapping engineering. After graduation, he has been engaged in road and bridge construction management work at Road and Bridge Branch of Hebei Construction Group and Beijing Ruitong Road and Bridge Maintenance Center Co., Ltd. In 2014, he was awarded as “Excellent Deputy Manager of Project Production” by Beijing Municipal Engineering Association. In recent years, he participated in the construction of key projects in Huairou District of Beijing, and accumulated rich construction experience.
毕新纪，男，汉族，1988年4月出生，河北省保定市人，一级建造师、甲级造价师，道桥工程师。2011年毕业于河北工业大学城市学院测绘工程专业,毕业后先后在河北建设集团路桥分公司，北京路桥瑞通养护中心有限公司从事道路桥梁施工管理工作。2014年被北京市市政工程行业协会评为“优秀项目生产副经理”，近年来参与了北京市怀柔区各重点工程项目的施工建设，积累了丰富的施工经验。
Zi-Juan Zhao, female, the Han nationality, born in Zhangjiakou City of Hebei Province in September 1987. She is an associate constructor, A quantity surveyor and economist. She graduated from City College of Hebei University of Technology, majoring in surveying and mapping engineering. After graduation, she has been engaged in road and bridge construction management work at Beijing Ruitong Road and Bridge Maintenance Center Co., Ltd. In 2014, she was awarded as “Excellent Deputy Manager of Project Production” by Beijing Municipal Engineering Association. In recent years, she participated in the construction of Renovation Project of Jinhuaichang Road (Jiudu River to Qiaozi Town) and North Extension of Tianbei Road, and accumulated rich construction experience.
赵紫娟，女，汉族，1987年9月出生，河北省张家口市人，二级建造师、甲级造价师，经济师。2011年毕业于河北工业大学城市学院测绘工程专业，毕业后在北京路桥瑞通养护中心有限公司从事道路桥梁施工管理工作。2014年被北京市市政工程行业协会评为“优秀项目生产副经理”，近年来参与了怀长路（九渡河～桥梓镇）改建工程、天北路北延等工程的施工建设，积累了丰富的施工经验。
