Preface

Building decoration is the core part of the whole building. With the continuous improvement of people’s aesthetic concept, simple buildings have been difficult to meet the increasing spiritual and cultural needs. Therefore, as the center of the whole building, architectural decoration is not only related to people’s requirements, cultural literacy, appreciation level, knowledge structure, life experience, etc. At the same time, it is closely related to different use spaces. Because its decoration style acts on people’s mind, it causes different differences between different decorations. Therefor, each person has different thinking on the effect of the decoration environment of the building, and then brings influence to people’s spiritual world. With the development of society, the traditional security buildings no longer meet the needs of people, and the requirements for the architectural decoration of housing living space have become higher and higher. There are four requirements for decoration: first, comfort; second, safety; third, aesthetics; fourth, environmental protection. The quality control of building decoration engineering is an important part of construction control. Therefore, in order to improve the effect of decoration engineering, the reality is more complex in many processes, materials, machinery and personnel, and these important problems are faced by the current construction units. This book discusses in detail the quality control standards and requirements of each construction process of building decoration engineering, and provides the control standards for the quality management of decoration engineering.

前言

建筑装饰是整个建筑物的核心部分，随着人们审美观的不断提升，简单的建筑已经很难满足日渐提升的精神文化需求。因此，建筑装饰作为整个建筑的重心，它不仅与人们的要求、文化素养、欣赏水平、知识结构、生活阅历等有很大关系。同时，还与不同的使用空间有密切联系。由于其装饰格调作用于人们的心灵，所以，引起不同的装饰之间产生不同的区别。因此，每个人对建筑物的装饰环境效果表现出不同的思维，进而给人们的精神世界带来影响。随着社会的发展，传统的保障建筑已经不再满足人们的需求，对于房屋居住空间的建筑装饰的要求变得已经越来越高。对于装修装饰的要求四点：一是舒适性；二是安全性；三是美观性；四是环保性。建筑装饰工程的质量控制是施工控制内重要的部分。所以，为了提高装饰工程效果，在很多工序、材料、机械以及人员方面现实比较复杂，而这些重要的问题是当前各施工单位所面临的。本书详细论述了建筑装饰工程各施工工序质量控制标准与要求，为装饰工程质量管理提供控制标准。

徐春霞

Chun-Xia Xu, female, the Han nationality, senior engineer, born in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province in August 1980. She graduated from Nanjing Tech University. She works in Nantong Dongda Construction R & D Center Co., Ltd. and is engaged in the quality inspection of building materials. Her participation in “Durability Improvement Mechanism and Life Prediction of Recycled Concrete” and other topics have been completed, and she has obtained six invention certificates such as “A New Type of Soil Sampler”.

徐春霞，女，汉族， 1980 年 8 月生，江苏南通人，高级工程师，毕业于南京工业大学。就职于南通东大建筑研发中心有限公司，从事建筑材料质量检测。参与的《再生混凝土耐久性提升机理及寿命预估》等课题均已结题；并获得《一种新型取土器》等六项发明证书。

戴荣华

Rong-Hua Dai, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, CPC member, born in Dongtai City, Jiangsu Province in March 1982. In 2007, he retired from the 8743 Armed Police Force. During his service in the armed police force, he was awarded several times and won the Third-Class Merit once. In 2008, he joined Jiangsu Suzhong Construction Group Co., Ltd. and engaged in the safety management of basic construction. He has relevant management experience in the management of dangerous large projects in the construction site, and actively researches and explores the safety management of grass-roots buildings in the new situation, so as to contribute to the construction of the industry

戴荣华，男，汉族， 1982 年 3 月生，江苏省东台市人，本科学历，中共党员。 2007年从武警 8743 部队退役，在部队服役期间多次受到嘉奖并荣立个人三等功一次。2008 年加入江苏省苏中建设集团股份有限公司，从事基层建筑施工安全管理工作。对建筑施工现场危大工程管理有相关管理经验，同时积极研究探索新形势下基层建筑安全管理工作，为行业建设贡献力量。

蒋瑛

Ying Jiang, female, the Han nationality, master’s degree, lecturer, engineer, constructor, born in Quanzhou County, Guangxi Province in March 1977. She is a teacher in Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction and has long lectured courses such as Installation Engineering Construction Organization and Management, Building Structure and Map Reading, etc. She was awarded the title of “Excellent Teacher” of the college. She has written and published 5 academic papers, among which she won the first prize of the national municipal education teaching paper evaluation and the second prize of Guangxi education teaching excellent paper. She often participates in the first-line practice of the enterprise, has rich practical experience in construction management, and won the outstanding achievement award of district level construction method and Guangxi engineering construction QC group activity.

蒋瑛，女，汉族， 1977 年 3 月出生，广西全州人，硕士研究生，讲师，工程师，全国一级建造师，广西建设职业技术学院教师。长期主讲《安装工程施工组织与管理》、《建筑构造与识图》等课程，曾荣获学院“优秀教师”称号。共撰写发表学术论文5 篇，其中获得全国市政教育教学论文评比 1 等奖，广西教育教学优秀论文 2 等奖。经常参与到企业一线实践，具有丰富的施工管理实践经验，获得区级工法和广西工程建设 QC 小组活动优秀成果奖。
