With the rapid development of science and technology and economy in China, metallurgical engineering has achieved unprecedented development. And metallurgical engineering design has a special meaning for the development of metallurgical engineering. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of theoretical knowledge and more and more practice, our country has been qualified for large-scale iron and steel production. The theory of metallurgical engineering design is constantly improving. Gradually formed in line with the national conditions of China’s design, production ideas and their own unique research methods. As far as the current production level of China is concerned, our country has been in the forefront of the world. It has been used for reference and recognized by many countries in the world. This paper mainly analyzes and introduces the design process and development process of metallurgical engineering. In the future development process of metallurgical enterprises, in addition to the original metallurgical functions, many other functions are added to improve the production efficiency, ensure the quality and protect the environment, which is consistent with the market development. Feng-Tian Jia, male, the Han nationality, born in October 1972. He graduated from Changsha Polytechnic College. He has worked in Changchun Cold-formed Steel Plant and German Thyssen Elevator Jilin Branch Company. During his work, he participated in correspondence study in Jilin University. He joined Jilin Baohua anquan pingjia Co., Ltd. in March 2005, and obtained the first-class safety evaluator and registered safety engineer certificate. In 2015, he was appointed as a technical expert by Jilin provincial work safety supervision and Administration Bureau. He participated in the design review of metallurgical safety facilities and mine acceptance review for many times.
贾凤天,男,汉族, 1972 年 10 月生,毕业于长沙工业高等专科学校,先后在长春市冷弯异型钢材厂、德国蒂森电梯公司吉林分公司工作,工作期间参加吉林大学函授学习。 2005 年 3 月加入吉林宝华安全评价有限公司,期间获得一级安全评价师及注册安全工程师证书, 2015 年被吉林省安全生产监督管理局聘任为技术专家,多次参加冶金方面安全设施设计审查和矿山验收评审工作。
Hai-Yan Liang, female, the Han nationality, born in November 1973. She graduated from Changchun Polytechnic College. After graduation, she worked in Jilin Haigou Gold Mining Co., Ltd. and participated in correspondence study in Jilin Normal University of engineering and technology. In May 2007, she joined Jilin Baohua Anquan Pingjia Co., Ltd. and obtained the certificate of first-class safety assessor and registered safety engineer, and participated in the preparation of a number of metallurgical safety assessment reports. In 2017, she was appointed as a technical expert by Jilin Provincial Administration of

梁海燕,女,汉族, 1973 年 11 月生,毕业于长春工业高等专科学校,毕业后在吉林海沟黄金矿业有限公司工作, 工作期间参加吉林工程技术师范学院函授学习。2007年 5 月加入吉林宝华安全评价有限公司,期间获得一级安全评价师及注册安全工程师证书,参与编制多项冶金方面的安全评价报告。 2017 年被吉林省安全生产监督管理局聘任为技术专家,多次参加冶金方面安全设施设计审查和矿山验收评审。
Yang Zhang, male, the Han nationality, born in April 1985, and he graduated from Jilin Agricultural University with the master’s degree of environmental engineering. After graduation, he has been engaged in safety evaluation and safety technical consultation, and has obtained the certificate of secondary safety assessor and registered safety engineer. He joined Jilin Baohua Anquan Pingjia Co., Ltd. in July 2014. Since joining, he has conducted safety technical consultation for new projects of several iron and steel companies, and participated in the preparation of safety assessment reports and safety management guidance for several metallurgical projects.
张洋,男,汉族, 1985 年 4 月生,环境工程硕士,毕业于吉林农业大学,毕业后一直从事安全评价与安全技术咨询工作,取得了二级安全评价师及注册安全工程师证书。 2014 年 7 月加入吉林宝华安全评价有限公司,加入以来为多个钢铁公司的新建项目进行安全技术咨询,并参与多个冶金项目的安全评价报告的编制工作、及安全管理辅导工作。
