With the development of society and science and technology, the scale, function, shape and corresponding construction technology of buildings are becoming more and more large, complex and diversified. At the same time, with the rapid development of China’s economy and science and technology, new materials, new equipment and new structures have been widely used in the field of civil engineering. It can be said that in today’s era, civil engineering industry ushered in the spring of development. Accordingly, how to make the civil engineering industry achieve faster and better development, and constantly improve the competitiveness of the industry in the fierce market competition, has become a subject of great concern and attention of relevant workers.
Over the past 70 years since the founding of the people’s Republic of China, great achievements have been made in civil engineering construction in China, especially in recent years. 随着社会和科技的发展,建筑物的规模、功能、造型和相应的建筑技术越来越大型化、复杂化和多样化。同时,随着我国经济的发展和科学技术的日新月异,新材料、新设备、新结构在土木工程领域得到了广泛地应用。可以说,在当今时代,土木工程行业迎来了发展的春天。相应的,如何让土木工程行业实现更快更好的发展,在激烈的市场竞争中不断地提高行业竞争力,成为了相关工作者十分关心和重视的课题。
中华人民共和国成立 70 多年来, 我国的土木工程建设取得了巨大成就, 特别是近年来的发展极为迅猛,新的高楼大厦、展览中心、铁路、公路、桥梁、港口航道及大型水利工程在祖国各地如雨后春笋般涌现,新结构、新材料、新技术在大力研究、开发和应用中,相关工作者将设计出更为优化的方案进行土木工程建设,以保证工程质量、缩短建设工期、提高经济效益。在促进行业实现更快更好的发展,赢得更多的经济效益和社会效益的同时,为更多的民众提供一个更为优越的工作,学习和生活环境。土木工程专业是一个技术与人为管理的综合性专业,近年来也变得更为专业、复杂和系统。
本书主要是从土木工程基本概念入手,通过加深对于土木工程施工技术的研究,从而保证整个工程建设的质量,提高工程施工的效率。
Hui-Rui Li, female, the Han nationality, master’s degree of civil engineering, born in Heze City, Shandong Province in September 1987. She graduated from Qingdao University of Technology. After graduation, she was engaged in the management of university construction projects and accumulated rich experience in the management of university construction projects. She has successively participated in a number of college student dormitory construction projects, and won many awards, such as the “Taishan Cup” project, the excellence award of the second “Youlu Cup” National BIM Technology competition hosted by the talent exchange center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. She has published many academic articles in national academic journals.
李会蕊,女,汉族, 1987 年 9 月生,山东菏泽人,土木工程工学硕士, 2015 年毕业于青岛理工大学。毕业后从事高校建设项目管理工作,在高校建设工程管理方面积累了丰富的经验,先后参与了多个高校学生宿舍建设项目,并荣获“泰山杯”工程,工业和信息化部人才交流中心主办的 2019 第二届“优路杯”全国 BIM 技术大赛优秀奖等多个奖项。在国家级学术期刊发表过多篇学术文章。
