前言

人事档案管理是现代事业单位和企业经营管理中的重要工作,人事档案是一个员工工作经历、工作态度以及工作能力的直接体现,一个企业的人事档案管理工作的质量,直接关系着企业员工的发展以及企业的建设和发展,随着我国社会的进步和科技的发展,人事档案管理工作也呈现出了新的变化,其中最主要的就是信息化对其的影响。所以在新的形势下,人事档案管理工作也必须要进行信息化建设。进入21世纪,信息化和数字化成为社会的主要趋势,社会上很多行业实行了信息化管理,信息化的管理给其发展带来了极大的便利,其中就包括了人事档案管理工作。人事档案管理工作的信息化建设就是利用计算机技术,将纸质档案转为电子档案,最终实现网上人事档案的信息资源共享。所以,在现在的科技发展和建设中,人事档案的信息化建设,已经成为了必然的趋势,要进行信息化建设,人事档案管理工作才能够与时俱进,获得发展。

本书主要分六章内容,分别对人事档案管理和信息化建设进行基础内容的阐述与分析,还就现阶段存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的解决策略。

Editor-in-Chief

Fan Liu, female, born in November 1979, the Manchu nationality, Chengde City, Hebei Province, graduate degree, associate professional title. She graduated from the Party School of Hebei Provincial Party Committee in economic management in 2007 and is currently working at Chengde Broadcasting Station. As the first author, she has completed more than ten papers such as “Basic Work of Archives Management and Modernization of Archives Management” and “Analysis of Innovation and Development Trend of Archives Work in Institutions”. She is mainly engaged in archives management and information construction.


刘璠,女,1979年11月出生,满族,河北省承德市人,研究生学历,副高级职称。2007年毕业于河北省委党校经济管理专业;现任职于承德广播电视台。作为第一作者,完成《论档案管理基础工作与档案管理现代化》及《浅谈事业单位档案工作创新与发展趋势》的等十余篇论文。主要从事档案管理、信息化建设工作。

Xiang-Qin Wang, female, born in June 1983, Handan City, Hebei Province, medium-grade professional title. In 2004, she graduated from Chengde Medical College. Now, she works in Chengde City Fund Management and Settlement Center, mainly engaged in medical insurance file management.


王湘芩,女,1983年06月出生,河北省邯郸市人,本科学历,中级职称。2004年毕业于承德医学院,现任职于承德市基金管理结算中心,主要从事医疗保险档案管理工作。

Li Yan, female, born in November 1987, the Manchu nationality, Weichang County, Hebei Province, engineers title. In 2011, she graduated from Northwest University for Nationalities with a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Now, she works at the Chengde Broadcasting Station 1085 Relay Station. As a major participant, she completed the compilation of “Personnel Archives Management and Information Construction”, and mainly engaged in archives management and information construction.


闫利,女,1987年11月出生,满族,河北省围场县人,大学本科学历,工程师职称。2011年毕业于西北民族大学电子信息工程专业,获工学学士学位;现任职于承德广播电视台一〇八五转播台。作为主要参加者,完成《人事档案管理和信息化建设》的编制工作,主要从事档案管理、信息化建设工作。
