Preface

With the development of the society and the progress of the times, quality education has gradually become the mainstream of education. It also puts forward higher requirements for teachers’ personal ability. Improving teachers’ comprehensive quality and teaching level is an important issue that education needs to face. The concept of core literacy is to hope that teachers can pay attention to the training of their own core literacy and improve their ideological and moral level, so as to influence and educate students and establish a better image. Teachers can better contribute their own strength to their own education and strive for the development and growth of students. It will lay a good foundation for the continuous development and progress of China’s education in the future and improve its international competitiveness and status.
       The education of core literacy is the general trend of education in the world. UNESCO, the European Union, the OECD and so on look at and respond to the future era and society with a far-sighted vision, and propose and advocate “core literacy education” in the process of continuous research. At the moment of building the socialist core value system, improving the core literacy is the inheritance of our traditional culture and education, an important measure to implement the fundamental task of moral education, and is also an urgent need to adapt to the development trend of world education reform and enhance China’s international competitiveness. This paper mainly discusses the basic principles of core literacy and international research, puts forward some suggestions on how to develop and improve teachers from the perspective of core literacy development, and puts forward opinions on teacher training under the background of the new era, hoping to help improve the comprehensive quality of teachers.
      In the process of writing, this book has referred to and learned from the relevant theories and research of domestic and foreign scholars, and the author would like to show his thanks. Due to the lack of time, it is inevitable that there are some deficiencies in the book. Readers are welcome to correct and criticize.

随着社会发展和时代进步,素质教育逐渐成为现在教育的主流,对于教师的个人能力也提出了更高要求,提高教师的综合素质和教学水平是现在教育需要面对的重要问题。而核心素养理念的提出,就是希望教师能够注重自身核心素养的培训,能够提升自己的思想道德水平,并以此来影响和教育学生,树立更好的形象。能够为自己的教育事业更好奉献自己的力量,为学生的发展和成长而努力。为未来我国教育事业的不断发展和进步打下良好基础,提高在国际上竞争力和地位。
        走向核心素养的教育是世界各国教育的大势所趋。联合国教科文组织、欧洲联盟、经合组织等以高瞻远瞩的视野来眺望与应对未来的时代与社会,在不断地研究过程中提出并倡导“核心素养的教育”。在建设社会主义核心价值体系的当下,提升核心素养,是我国传统文化教育的传承,是落实立德树人根本任务的一项重要举措,也是适应世界教育改革发展趋势、提升我国国际竞争力的迫切需要。本文主要对核心素养基本原理以及国际上研究做了简单论述,对于核心素养发展视角下教师该如何发展和提升自己提出一些建议,对新时代背景下教师的培训提出见解,希望对提升教师综合素质起到帮助。
        本书在写作过程中,参考和借鉴了国内外学者的相关理论和研究,在此深表谢意。由于时间紧迫,书中不足之处在所难免,烦请提出宝贵意见,以便修正。

Editor-in-Chief

Jin Yao, female, the Han nationality, master’s degree (computer science and technology), born in November 1978. From 2005 to 2013, she taught in Qilu University of Technology with the title of lecturer. Since 2013, she has been a training teacher in Chaoyang Branch of Beijing Institute of Education, and has been engaged in the construction of educational informatization. Her research interests include teacher training, artificial intelligence, image processing, general technology and labor technology. She has published more than 20 core journals, national journals and award-winning papers, participated in the compilation of many books, and developed many teacher training courses.

姚进,女,汉族, 1978 11 月出生,计算机科学与技术专业硕士研究生, 2005 -2013 年在齐鲁工业大学任教,讲师职称。 2013 年至今在北京教育学院朝阳分院担任培训教师及教育信息化建设工作。研究方向为中小学教师培训、人工智能、图像处理、 中小学通用技术及劳动技术。 发表核心期刊、 国家级期刊及获奖论文 20 余篇, 参编著作多本,开发多门教师培训课程。
