The construction organization design of building decoration engineering is a controlled technical and economic document to guide the construction preparation and organization of engineering construction. It takes a building decoration project as the object, uses the basic principles and methods of overall planning, adopts advanced construction technology and management methods, and plans and deploys construction and production activities predictably, formulates scientific and reasonable construction scheme and technical organization measures, and carries out comprehensive planning for the whole building decoration project, so as to realize the balanced production in an organized, planned and orderly way, and achieve the purpose of completing the engineering tasks quickly, with high quality and high efficiency. It is the main responsibility of the project management personnel to organize the decoration project construction and control and manage the progress of the project. Therefore, it is an important task for the project management personnel to compile, review and apply the construction organization design.
      As far as the building decoration engineering is concerned, it has the characteristics of short construction period, strict quality, many working procedures, complex material varieties, and many intersections with other specialties.
